Good: unpack & leave flat a day or two before use
This was bought about 3 weeks ago. Overall, I think this has done the job of cushioning my unexpectedly firm / hard new mattress. I actually, left it for 3 days to fill out after opening from the vacuum packing. This was mainly due to the edge quilted pockets taking this time to fill out to their fullest 10cm. The inners pockets immediately inflated firmly, but have now settled. I have used it for just 3 weeks now and find it really comfortable. Obviously, the thickness sinks when laying on it to provide the cushioning so the thickness does not remain at 10cm, but is quite sufficient to provide the cushioning i.e. for me. Also, I notice it settles further after a few days usage in a good way.

More than amazing – hotel comfort at home
I am extremely happy with this mattress topper. The quality is outstanding and the comfort level is truly hotel-like. It completely transformed my bed and improved my sleep from the first night. It is thick, supportive, and very soft at the same time. Excellent value for money and far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and luxury.

Awful topper
Faulty topper lumpy, flat in places. Inconsistent filling just awful. Returned & Argos were brilliant. We bought one from John Lewis much more expensive but worth every penny. Avoid this one

I bought this a few weeks ago for my son’s bed. It is comfy however it’s not the 10cm that is advertised which is disappointing. I wouldn’t buy it again. Better off investing in a. Proper mattress topper.

Our supplier has advised that the Silentnight Hotel Collection 10cm Mattress Topper- King size are only tested with Silentnight electric blankets and they are compatible. Other brands have not been tested.
