The HP DeskJet 2910 is designed for families needing a simple, reliable printer for everyday documents, schoolwork and photos. It prints at 7.5ppm black and 5.5ppm colour, with a 60-sheet paper tray suited for home use. Manual duplex printing reduces paper consumption for double-sided documents and delivers crisp text and vibrant colour photos with up to 1200dpi black and 4800dpi colour resolution. It uses 2 ink cartridges, with HP 308 recommended, and the flatbed scanner handles copying or scanning with decent optical resolution. Struggled with set-up
Struggled with set-up, eventually remedied by giving the ink jet cartridges an extra push to correctly installed. Also the software wouldn't connect with my MacBook Air Safari operating system as a more up to date version was needed. Eventually remedied by use of a USB connection. Almost returned the printer after a few hours of frustration but once I finally had it set up I'm quite pleased with the operating.

No simple to connect printer
Day 3 of trying to get this thing to work .... I've had 18 years 20 year old plus 30 year old in the hope that they could figure out this supposedly simple to connect to WiFi to actually connect printer . All the instructions are contradictory and no help whatsoever. I'll give it one last shot and of that doesn't work its going back .
