Arrived damaged - customer service was helpful
Bought this a week ago, arrived scratched and dented, was told if we wanted a replacement we’d have to wait as it was now out of stock, firstly offered a £40 refund but managed to get £150 which I think is a fair reflection on the damage to both seats and the back of the sofa. Otherwise it was okay to put together, the table was difficult as the internal and external holes did not line up without a fair bit of manipulation and frustration! But with some determination we managed to correct this. Overall satisfied for the service we received and the prompt response.

Disappointed in quality if finish
The actual product is very nice and comfortable but it arrived with scratches on the metalwork on both the sofa and chairs and not just small ones either. The cushions have dirty marks on them as if they have been trodden on before packaging. Being Habitat furniture I expected much more and especially for the price that is paid.

Yes, they do have a water resistant coating applied to them. We recommend to only sponge clean the cushions.

With regards to the cushions they are water resistant for light showers, we suggest bringing cushions indoors during heavy downpours.
