Good value for money
Since purchasing this item, I have used about 4 times. The battery lasts for a basic clean of our home. Combination of carpet and hard floor. Battery does not last for skirting boards/corners. Will need a further charge to use the nozzle for those areas, which is fine for me. The extra suction is very powerful and the light is helpful with identifying the bits ingrained in the carpet. A little heavy but I can sustain the weight for a once over for the size of our home. The wall storage is neat in the corner. The battery has to be detached before storing on the wall. Overall I am happy with this item. The Vax with the stair nozzle would be better for those who have stairs in their homes. You will struggle with this model. When emptying the bag, make sure your arms are deep inside the bin to prevent dust flying everywhere.

Loved the suction but it drains the battery
I really wanted to love this vacuum especially after reading the reviews and watching a couple of YouTube videos. As much as I loved the suction (I'm talking here of using the boost and motored head simultaneously), oh my, it drained the battery BIG TIME, and I got at most 10min of vacuuming out of it. What also bogged me was the fact that the brush head gets all the hairs wrapped around it and you need to unlock it to take it off (which in my view will get worn off after a few times of doing it) and use scissors to remove the hairs, not very practical. Also I found that the dust bin doesn't empty completely and particles get stuck inside which means you need to put your hand or something else in there to remove it - so much so for easy dirt removal. I'd say better to opt for a model with eject button. All of the above meant this is not a product for me, so I ended up returning it.

Poweful lightweight.
As an 80 year old I have found it to be light and easy to use. The vacuum is powerful and the brush excellent. It is easy to disassemble and reduce it to a hand held for doing 4 sets of stairs in our three floor victorian house and the battery means We can do all 9 rooms and still have a little left over. The emptying of the dust container is easy and very convenient.

Excellent all round reliable cleaning
I bought this as a replacement for my Blade 3 that I'd owned for years and it's a good update yet remains flexible with good features. It provides good results on carpets throughout the house and it's fairly good on hard floor although some crumbs need the extra power button to be pushed. I've always loved the headlight on the front. I can do the whole house on one charge and the slightly more compact design than the previous model makes it useful in the car too. Finally this pet model is great now I have a cat! Really nice to not be restricted by a cable as well.

A superior cordless Vacuum Cleaner.
I have just used this Vax vacuum cleaner, and I could not believe the amount of dust and dirt it picked up. Light weight, with a very good battery life. It was a replacement of another make of cordless vacuum, which I thought was good, the Vax is vastly superior! I wish I brought this first.

Argos have said several times that a mini motorised pet tool is included . However this is wrong and no such tool comes with this model. I dont understand why its called a pet and car car cordless vax. ???

No it does not
No it does not!! Its a great vac but I dont know why it says its aimed at pets. Theres no extra tool despite what Argos says.
However having said that , I have 2 cats and their hair can very quickly build up on the carpets . This vax has great suction and deals with it beautifully . I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it . Argos does need to stop misleading customers regarding included tools though.
