The Vax Blade 4 Classic Pet & Car Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is built for tackling pet hair and everyday mess across your home and car. It converts to a handheld in seconds, giving you proper flexibility for furniture, stairs and car interiors. The removable 4.0Ah battery gives you up to 45 minutes of runtime, and there's a power boost button that triples the suction when you need extra punch on stubborn dirt or deep pile carpets.
At 3.1kg, it's light to carry, and the motorised floor head drives bristles deep into carpets to lift ground-in dirt. The 0.6l dustbin means fewer trips to the bin, with an indicator showing when it's full. The washable filter keeps suction strong if rinsed regularly. You get a flexi crevice tool, pet tool, fine dusting brush, crevice nozzle, upholstery nozzle, dusting brush, combination floor nozzle, plus a wall mount, charger and battery. It takes 3 hours to fully charge and works on carpets, deep pile, wool, hard floors, laminate, upholstery and stairs.

whistling noise
Why does my Vax make a whistling noise when hoovering. It can be very high pitched and is really annoying. Not easy to empty caddy when full and does not stand on it's own and even when put against a wall to stand it will fall over and already (6 months down the line) I have had to replace a part on it. Not that impressed with it.

Good suction
I bought the vax blade 4 pet. So far it's good does a good job cleans really well. So far pleased with the vax 4 the thing I find could be helpful is if it were a bit lighter I find it little bit heavy.

A great buy
I bought this 2 weeks ago and have found it maneuverable, flexible and with adequate suction so far for my needs. I like the quick change of heads for dusting, stairs and upholstery. I've not even needed to use the boost or brush! It is heavier than I expected and I am disappointed in the dust capacity as the 0.6l container is nearly filled with the filter part. But may be if that was larger, the weight would increase and I wouldn't empty it each use. Also the horizontal alignment of the dust box/suction unit makes is difficult to get close into some parts , like the risers on the stairs when using just that part for cleaning. AND I LOVE NOT BEING HAMPERED BY A CORD THAT ISN'T LONG ENOUGH ! Runtime is perfectly adequate for my use while the indicator lights tell me in good time when power is getting low.

It is not anti-hair wrap, the hair gets trapped in the long carpet tool and stops working.
