Brought as a birthday present for my son. The box was damaged but was assured that it would be fine. After setting it up and taking the clear protective sticker off the frame of the monitor, it had scratches on it.

Bought this monitor for a reasonable price a few weeks ago. I do a lot of working from home and hooking this up to my laptop has made for a comfortable working experience. I also use it for light gaming which has been really excellent. Great for the price point in my opinion.

No, the Samsung Odyssey G5 is not a 4K monitor. Its native resolution is QHD (2560 × 1440 pixels). It can accept a 4K input signal, but it will downscale to QHD, so you won’t get true 4K detail.
