New staple for quick ironing!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using the Russell Hobbs Steam Genie Vacusteam. It was very easy to use, although a bit tricky one-handed — which made it harder to show properly on camera. Still, the results spoke for themselves: the left side of the fabric, which I used the steamer on, had noticeably fewer wrinkles than the right side. Even using one hand, it made a big difference, but once I was able to pull the fabric taut, the wrinkles disappeared almost instantly. It’s much faster and easier than using a regular iron, and it takes up far less space. I also love how well it works for hard-to-reach areas on clothing, like under the arms or between seams. Overall, it’s a really convenient and effective tool that makes steaming quick and effortless

A must have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use, probably one of the best hand held steamers i have used. The Vacusteams helps pull the creases out of the clothes. Really good to use on Curtains. Not to large so will fit in suitcase to use when going away.

Nifty steamer for a quick go over
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer is really easy to use, with a long enough cord to reach your garment. It’s not too heavy which is great. I found that it steams really evenly but it requires a few times going over to really get creases out. I wouldn’t say this is good for on the go as it is quite big, but it’s stores well at home and has quickly become a go to with last minute wrinkle fixes

I love steaming my clothes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how I coped all these years without this product. I had a cheap Aldi steamer before and I thought that was good but it's got nothing on this. It sucks the clothes slightly which means the steam doesn't escape as much. It also doesn't burn your hand when you hold the clothes near the steamer (my other one did.) It's quite noisy, I used to watch TV while I did the steaming and I can't do that with this one. It's good at keeping the kids away from me while I'm steaming the clothes though as they don't like the loud noise haha. It takes creases out so we'll, much better than an iron. If this ever broke I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.

Definitely a household essential

Honestly so much easier than ironing, all the uniforms done in 20 minutes rather then the hour and half it usually takes! Cannot wait to use it on my party outfits over the festive period! I loved it that much I gave it to my little sister to borrow and I’ve not seen it since!

Doesnt work for what i need it for

I feel like the portability is extremely limited with it needing to be plugged in, especially if your plug sockets are far away from an item you need to use it on that cannot be moved. I followed the instructions perfectly but it sounds like its going to explode.

Great for the family life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was supposed to receive the Russell Hobbs Steam Genie to test, but unfortunately, I never received it. I’ve reported this issue a couple of times but haven’t received any response. Despite not being able to test it, I’ve previously used several Russell Hobbs products and can say that they are durable, affordable, and stylish. If I had the opportunity to test the Steam Genie, I would have evaluated how quickly it heats up, how well it handles different fabric types, and whether it’s comfortable to use for longer periods especially in terms of weight and ease of handling.
