If u like hearing quality music then go for these headphones they are amazing n u can even turn the bass up n down once u downloaded the bose app i would definitely recommend these to anyone only had them a week n im over the moon with them 5star n they fit in ears snug can’t even feel them in your ears

Software sucks, no control over the features
I bought these to block the noise of an air conditioning unit and while they are good for that, I found the lack of control over the feature to be really really annoying. The software sucks, you can't turn off the voice prompts, the in ear detection thinks you've taken them off when you lie down, the Bluetooth also randomly turns off because it thinks you are asleep. I ended up sticking tape over the in ear detection to basically disable the in ear altogether. On the previous model you can turn it off in the app. This app has nothing, you can't turn off or turn down this voice that shouts things at you like "ready to pair" and "battery 100%" it's so bad, why isn't there a volume control or an off button for the voice prompts?

Don't sit in the ears well.
Bought these for my husband as I have an older model, he is not impressed, they keep falling out his ears. Bought other silicone tips same thing. Would not recommend.

Good but had issues
Great units with a nice full sound. Great noise cancelling facility. Bluetooth had issues disconnecting interminably and on one occasion lost the right side completely. Had to do a total reset and re-pair, not just disconnected and forget/re-add device. Quite frustrating at the time as it appeared there could be a fault.

No repair options
I really like my Bose Buds, as they are a replacement for an earlier pair purchased. However, the reason I bought Bose is for a ‘quality item’ that’s well built and will last. My older pair packed up with only one bud able to connect to my devices. I Was under the impression that these could be repaired by Bose and I could have the older pair as spares. But your web site doesn’t allow for them even to be assessed for repair and so I have serious questions about the longevity of the replacements. I asked in an earlier communication if somebody could get back to me and tell me why I can’t get them repaired by Bose but have heard nothing. Whilst your website shows I can have the repair or upgrade option this is not the case. I am very disillusioned with Bose

This would be hard to say as it is down to the individual. They do have 3 pairs of ear tips (small, medium, large) how ever I will advise unless faulty you would not be able to return them.

They can easily pair with iPhones and other Apple products via Bluetooth. Once paired, they should automatically reconnect to your Apple device whenever they are turned on and within range.
