Waste of time and money. Recommends 4 mins heat then 4 mins cold. This is not pre set, you have to manually press buttons and time yourself. Cold setting after hot isn't very good. Tried using it this week just on cold only, you get about a minute and then it's the same temp as your skin. Battery charge is not visible so you just have to charge it every other day so it doesn't cut out whilst using. No visible results after 3 weeks. Not worth the price tag. Only good points are the carry case so it's neat and portable.

Very nice piece of kit

Very nice piece of kit. Used to use a rose quartz gua sha and this is a great replacement with hot and cold options for my face and also used on arm muscles if a tad stiff. Charging works fine and lasts about a week if using once a day for up to 10 minutes or a bit more … thank you :)

Great product but battery is poor

Both cool and heat mode reach great temperatures and are very effective for pain and depuffing if you suffer with morning swelling.The heat mode soothes my jaw tension and also use for my neck and shoulder tension. Do not expect much visual results, but its great for pain relief and soothing swelling. The battery however is suprisingly poor from shark. It lasts a hanful of uses before needing to be charged again. Shark's usual stamina on batteries is good, this i find quite a big downfall for the household brand and find the price a tad excessive considering the battery life.

Great product- instant results

Visible difference with first use. Feels really good on the skin especially the cool setting in this heat! The heat setting has really helped the muscles in my jaw relax which was an unexpected benefit. It’s now part of my morning routine and i love how it makes me feel.

Disappointing!

I really wanted to love this, and I decided to buy it despite reading the mixed reviews. I've now used it several times and followed the enclosed instructions, which recommend using four minutes of heat followed by four minutes of cold for the best results. The heat function works really well and feels lovely. Unfortunately, the cold function is where it lets the product down. As soon as you switch from heat to cold, it just doesn't feel cold against the skin. Even on the highest cold setting (Level 3), it only feels tepid at best. The cooling function seems to work reasonably well when used on its own, but when it's used immediately after the heat cycle—as recommended—it simply doesn't seem to cool effectively. I'm really disappointed because I had high hopes for this product, but based on my experience, it hasn't performed as advertised.

Versatile Little Genie

Love the Depuffi- it’s great for cooling and smoothing the face. So versatile I also use it on my neck, backs of my hands and the heat makes an old knee injury much more comfortable.

Don’t waste money

Bought about month ago cuts out on cold setting battery is terrible waste of money and all I get is response to do trouble shooting even after doing it all just sends me back to trouble shooting

Lovely tool for relaxing

Really pleased with my new Shark depuffi. I don't think it can work miracles but it is really nice to use. The warm setting is a lovely addition to an evening wind down routine. I do think it is worth the money especially on offer.
