It really helps with puffy eyes and helps wind the day down as it’s super relaxing. It heats up pretty quick and has different temps and changes to cool instantly. It can be used not only to contour the face and neck but can be used on the shoulders and back. I do feel more refreshed using this and is perfect to prep the skin for my night serums and moisturiser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good I am loving this amazing tool!! I love how it comes packaged and in its own carry bag too! It’s insane how hot and cold it can and does wonders for your skin. It literally glides over your face. Much prefer this than the traditional Gua Sha so if you love that you certainly will this!! I love using the hot setting before bed on my face and it’s so relaxing!!It makes your skin feel silky soft. I can’t wait to see what it does for me long term!

Amazing results for under eye bags.

In the evening I use the hot setting after applying my serum and under-eye oil — it really helps them absorb deeply and leaves my skin looking more radiant. In the morning I switch to the cold setting and the effect is immediate — my under-eye bags look noticeably reduced and I feel much more refreshed. It also comes with a stylish leather case, and it’s very easy and quick to use — perfect for travel and busy mornings. I’m so happy with the results already!

DePuffi fantastic piece of kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic product wish I had it years ago, really targets the puffiness on my face and neck, I use it after my serum and it makes my skin feel so silky, I even use it on my muscles after a workout and the hear treatment really helps. I haven’t been much into self care lately but I can honestly say using the DePuffi has made me want to do more of it, I can see visible results and as a 55 year old this is so important. I would really recommend this product you don’t know what you are missing

Really lives up to it's name

Very easy to use and surprised just how iced cold or hot it gets in just a few seconds depends on options I use. Certainly noticing a massive improvement in puffiness of my eyes and finding the hot and cold is really helping with my blepharitis eye condition.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this de-puffing tool for a few weeks now and I’m honestly obsessed! It’s the perfect way to wake up tired skin in the morning and calm any puffiness around the eyes or jawline. The cooling effect instantly soothes and helps reduce inflammation after a breakout. The heated setting also works great at draining my jawline in the morning! I love using it after applying serum or mask; it glides beautifully and helps the product absorb deeper into the skin. Over time, I’ve noticed my face feels more sculpted and refreshed, and my under-eye area looks brighter too. The only disadvantage I would say is the noise aspect, you can hear the motor quite loudly which is a little off putting. It also generates a bit of heat from the motor which if not held correctly can get quite hot. Overall I really like the product.

Impressive Results and a Pleasant Surprise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 63, I have some fine lines and often experience a stiff neck after a long day at work, so I was intrigued to try the Shark Depuffi. I received it as a promotional item, not something I would normally think to purchase, but I’ve been genuinely impressed by its performance. The Instachill mode delivers an instant cooling effect that noticeably reduces puffiness and leaves my skin feeling refreshed. The Instaheat setting, on the other hand, provides soothing warmth that helps ease tension in my neck and shoulders. Both features work beautifully and although there are three heat/chill settings for each I tend to use on max. The device feels high-quality, is simple to use, and has quickly become part of my daily self-.care routine .One thing I would mention, make sure you apply a moisturiser or serum before use, as the device can drag slightly on bare skin. This isn’t mentioned in the instructions, but it makes a big difference to how smoothly it glides and how comfortable the experience feels. What began as a trial has turned into a product I now look forward to using every day.

Love this little tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually love using this tool. I have used this on my face but I find it really great when using the heat setting on my neck, it really relieves tension and loosens the muscles, which I wasn’t expecting. When using it for my face, I actually started following the diagram provided on one of the inserts and have found that my face isn’t as puffy looking and it feels so much softer and smoother. I start with the heat setting, and then move onto the cold. You can adjust the levels of heat/cold, for me personally, I think these adjustments are needed. I found the high heat a bit much around my eye area but then for my neck i needed it at the full setting. It does take a short bit of time for the unit to adjust from warm to cold, prob 15-20 seconds at most but for me that isn’t an issue. I have used this on my face without putting any moisturiser on, and I didn’t have any issues, my skin is combination so perhaps that was why. However it would probably make a better experience if you have some moisturiser on. In the few weeks that I have been using it, I have only had to charge the unit once. I have found the battery lasts quite well, I am probably using it for around 8 minutes each time I use it. The unit itself is really well made, good and sturdy. It is comfortable to hold, super easy to operate, really easy to wipe clean. It also comes with a lovely little case. I would say though that it isn’t designed to get into small areas such as in around the eyes/nose area, but for me that isn’t an issue. Overall, I really love this little tool. For me it is a multi use tool, I have already noticed a difference, it leaves my skin smooth with a lovely glow. I would definitely recommend.
