I bought this a few weeks ago after researching a whole lot, and to say the least, I am not disappointed! It’s definitely helped snatch and define whilst de puffing the natural contours of my face. I’ve found out that this also helps for my chronic migraines in terms of temperature, when used on my forehead to the point where it actually prevents me from getting one. It’s easy to use with 3 different settings for both heat and cold, with the metal having both a cooling and heat affect.

Disappointing

Bought on Sunday thought I loved it - used it twice for 4 minutes each time and battery is already dead - what a waste of time if constantly needs charging

Fabulous piece of kit. So glad I purchased.

Love this device. The cold setting is perfect for tired eyes and facial massage to help de-puff and sculpt. The hot setting gives a nice glow to skin. I also use the heat on the sides of my neck and face if I have stiffness or a migraine as it feels very comforting.

Lovely machine, but overpriced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im pretty new to using beauty products, but im aware im getting older and need them. I wake up most days with puffy eyes. This cold setting on this works a treat and makes me feel less puffed up. It comes in a convenient carry case so can come anywhere with me. Im sure in the summer I will use it more. Not sure if would pay the RRP for it tho, it seems quite excessive

Good but expensive!

Been using for about a month now, I'm pleased with it & have started to see results. I will say you have to consistently use it for at least 5 minutes a day to see results, it's not a use once see results kind of tool. The battery isn't great, I see from other reviews people have already mentioned this, it needs charging a lot. Something I've also noticed is if you switch from hot to cold, the cold setting doesn't stay as cold as it first starts out. Price wise I paid full price, I don't think it's worth that & I wish I'd waited until it was on sale.

HAT CAN I SAY ANOTHER GREAT PRODUCT FROM SHARK GOES WELL WITH THE CRYROGLOW MASK. FEEL REALLY NICE ON THE SKIN BOTH THE HOT AN THE COOL. I HAVE HAD GOOD RESULTS WITH THE MASK AND NO DOUBT WILL HAVE WITH THIS ALSO

Great for everywhere

I've been using this for 3 months on different parts of my body not just my face. The curve always to get different areas of my body like shoulder and thighs. The heating setting has helped my muscles so much. It fits nicely in my hand and allows me to put a lot or as little pressure as I need.
