I like Simple Human automatic soap dispensers because they work well and are reliable. I bought this one because I wanted a rechargeable one this time. I am pleased with it so far. However, you might get the odd tiny drip from it in spite of the fact it is supposed to be non-drip. Also, the soap seems to be squirted out mixed with air - tiny bubbles. This is not really a problem. The quantity of soap dispensed is supposed to vary according to how closely you approach your hand to the dispenser- I'm not sure whether it does. More importantly, it will not dispense a small enough quantity of soap - as I use a particular, well-known high-quality brand of liquid soap which produces a beautiful rich lather from only a very small drop. I don't want to use a larger amount because it is expensive (and very nice) soap.

Stylish and simple

New design is excellent. I already had the foam dispenser. Looks stylish and works well. Very pleased.

Neat and practical

Looks good in our kitchen. No-touch - so hygienic. Plenty of time before it needs recharging and a reasonable size liquid soap reservoir.

Germ Free Kitchen Dispenser

I am constantly washing my hands during cooking and began to think about the potential contamination I was leaving on the soap plunger after say cutting up raw chicken and then using a manual soap dispenser. I initially tried a lower priced alternative too see how I got on with an automatic dispenser before ‘upgrading’ to this one. This one is much more user friendly - now there are no more soap puddles on the side.

Sleek hand dispenser

Really solid unit, looks great as well. Easy to clean and looks sleek in the bathroom. Now and again, it will fire off without warning leaving a puddle of soap underneath it, so a clean with an alcohol wipe and switching it on/off again seems to resolve this - downside is that much soap is wasted if you're not home and happen to hear it! Takes a while to get used to where to position your hand to for the amount to be dispensed, but it's also quiet in operation.

Good dispenser

This is my second one. I like this sensor handwash but gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t last much longer than 2-3 years. My first one started having charging issues after the 2 year warranty. looked at the troubleshooting and in the end bought a new one. Hopefully this one will last longer.

The Pleasures of Life

I have had two of the older battery only pumps. The outside design was elegant but after some use it was obvious that the mechanical engineering was under-developed. The actual pump was not strong enough and the little belt drive was a weak point in the design. Your advice that the refill liquid soap must be carefully chosen should have been a warning to me. When you choose a premium product at a premium price you do not expect corners to have been cut. However you will realise that I must have still had faith in you because I bought the better engineered new model. The newer model is a pleasure to use. The clever variable discharge amount is a nice touch. I still yearn for the greater elegance of the old model. I should add that I also have a Simplehuman Sensor Bin. Keep up the good work! Not only does it look good but it is sturdy, clean and of course so easy to use. Consider where you place it though as the sensor works really well

Stunning finish

Purchased the product after seeing it advertised in a magazine. I am not disappointed. It looks stunning and works like a dream. No more drips as it is precise and efficient. No more drips of soap and grubbiness on the sink Superb.
