Great lightweight cleaner
Bought this just after Christmas and wish I’d done so sooner. It’s light easy to use and it’s no effort to clean . Used to dread lifting my heavy one out. I can also easily clean the stairs without dragging a hose.

I was taken in by the marketing
I bought this as I was taken in by the marketing - I've got dogs and hard floors. The product is well designed and beautifully packaged but the performance and value for money is 'fair', which is apparently the definition of 2 stars. There are 3 power options, so naturally when vacuuming the floor it's set to max. This gives about 25 mins of battery / run time with not particularly good suction (comparing with my previous Hetty / Henry Vacuum). It struggles to with much more than dust and small objects. Anything much bigger than a 5p coin will likely result in a blockage either in the head or in the actual main thing you hold. The submarine head / floor cleaning fitting is a novelty but after a few frustrating uses we've resumed with a regular mop and bucket. It doesn't do a great job - the best way i can describe it is it spreads the dirt evenly everywhere you've used it. You can see where it's been and not in a good way, plus if you move it too quickly the dirty water it's collected spills out. For half the price you could get a more powerful vacuum along with a good mop and bucket with which you'd do the job faster.

Great performance on carpet and hard floors
I have only used it as a "dry" vacuum cleaner but its brilliant! Picks up hair superbly and is quite light to use. There are plenty of attachments - I had to buy a wall holder to keep them all handy. Love, love , love it.

Another brilliant dyson product
Love the vacuum, mop is good too- the machine doesn’t ’suck up’ water the dirty mop water gathers in the mop base. Would recommend

Effortless hoovering
The suction of the vacuum is very powerful, even at the lowest speed. The hoover atraps everything even in the corners, without any effort. Overall, I am very happy with the product, it is high maintenance to keep the attachments clean, in particular the mop. In my case is longer than having to mop the entire house.
