The Einhell GE-CR 18/20 Li E – Solo is a Power X-Change cordless ground tiller for easy soil loosening. Ideal for flower beds, it features electronic speed control for flexibility and four heavy-duty metal blades for durability. Its low weight and main handle with soft grip ensure comfortable work. An additional handle can be individually adjusted for the user. A transport handle aids mobility, while the separable guide bar allows for space-saving storage. The required PXC battery and charger are sold separately.

A fully charged 4ah battery was enough to do a 3mx3m plot 3 times. The plot was part of a lawn, so was heavy going to start with. Clearing the tines regularly made the job much easier at first, but became unneccessary by the end of the second time. To dig this area by hand would have taken a lot longer, especially with the compacted lawn.
Boughr this tiller for my allotment and I must say I am really impressed with its performance. It’s perfect for a small to medium allotment or a home Gardner it’s light and the battery last awhile
I am pleasantly surprised as how effective this rotovator is. My soil sets lik concrete when it dries out, and this machine is able to break up the soil with ease. It does sometimes jam if a lump of hard earth gets between the blades and the casing, but it is small inconvenience when compared to truyng to dig by hand.
Well made - good value - perfect for breaking up the crusted soil around plants. Tip: clear the blades at regular intervals to stop them getting tangled up too much with weeds, roots etc. Note for Einhell instructions manual. In the trouble shooting section it should have IMPORTANT - If it doesn't start check that the spring load ball bearing is pushed down before assembling the main body or it will not start. Easy to miss this, so no electric connection.
