Easy to use and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and I've been using this for some weeks now. I work from home sitting at a desk and this is set up under my desk to help alleviate discomfort. It's easy to use, has different settings, is nice with the warm option, and has a remote control so you don't even need to bend down to switch it on/off or to change the settings. Would definitely recommend as it's helped with my discomfort

Convenient and Highly Recommended

It really provides relief after a hard days walking and it makes my legs feel a lot less tired after 20 minutes of usage. The added benefit is the heat which is very soothing whilst my feet are being massacred. The remote control is handy as I can contr everything from the palm of my hand without having to move an inch. Helped me far more than I expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve now been using the Homedics Foot Flow Mobility Booster for around 7 weeks. At the beginning I was quite sceptical, but I’m genuinely impressed with the results. Because of my job, I spend long hours sitting at a desk, which often leaves me with stiff feet and tired, aching muscles. On top of that live with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), so circulation and muscle pain have always been a challenge. This device has helped me far more than I expected. The main benefit I’ve noticed is improved blood flow and muscle relaxation. After just a couple of weeks of using it daily, I started to notice a real difference. My feet felt less heavy and sore and the constant stiffness began to ease. Another big change has been in my sleep. Previously I would often wake up during the night because of muscle pain and discomfort in my legs and feet. Since using the booster , the pain has calmed down so much that I’m able to get a better, more restful sleep. That in itself has been a huge improvement to my quality of life. The design is very user friendly. There are multiple settings, including different levels of vibration intensity, so you can adjust it depending on what you need that day. Despite so many options it’s really intuitive and straightforward to use. Great to improve circulation

It's super easy to set up and simply needs to be plugged into pains. We set it up in front of the sofa and each use it for 20 mins each evening. It's become part of our routine and we are noticing the difference already. Our legs, especially calves don't seem to get so tired so easily. We would definitely recommend this for anyone else suffering with poor circulation!

Seems ok, not sure it's worth the money though

The warmth that radiants from the machine along with the movements does seem to stop my legs from being so achy after long days of walking to and from work however I don't think it is a great help of help for the size of the machine plus value of it. The cable is easily removable and you can transport the machine around. It's noisy but not too noisy so you can hear it but still have the TV on in the background
