The removable seat cushions have foam fibre wrap filling that holds its shape through regular use. You can lift them off to even out wear over time. Smart, practial sofa
Only had it a couple of days, but first impressions - stylish, sturdy, exactly as advertised. Fairly firm / good support, but better than over-soft so should maintain its shape. I selected fabric rather than faux leather on the the grounds that if I'm going for leather I'd prefer to buy genuine leather despite the cost. This item was purchased for a garden room so light coloured fabric was most appropriate. Good service from Argos as usual.

I got this recently and it is just what I was looking for. Fits perfectly in a small room.

I needed a sofa in a hurry as my Argos sofa bed collapsed. I may have had it repaired had I known it still was under warranty but didn't realise. This Argos tub sofa is well made and comfortable IF you like a upright sitting position. I've got whiplash damage to my neck and any sofa is a problem to get comfortable. The sofa bed was too laid back, the tub sofa is better with a more upright sitting position. A compromise is Argos sofa in a box, also it's a bit more roomy, Argos item 464/2811. It assembled in minutes and can be brought home in a estate car. The tub sofa has a more springy cushion and a higher seat height. My friend just didn't like the tub sofa with it's upright back however it's better for me with my bad neck and looks nicely made.

Misinformation
The colour was 'natural'. The picture showed it was natural. On a different computer it still looked natural. I bought it because I got rid of my old grey sofa and wanted a NATURAL one because I was tired of the colour grey. It arrived. The colour on the packaging said NATURAL. It's grey. I don't have the time or want the hassle of returning it and looking for another. The shape and dimensions of this is perfect so will get it reupholstered instead.

No, this Argos Home Tub Fabric 2 Seater Sofa - Natural cannot be built piece by piece because the main frame is fully pre-assembled. It will not fit through your loft hatch.
