The Meaco Arete Two 20 ls Dehumidifier tackles excess moisture whilst making your home more comfortable and your laundry dry faster. This smart dehumidifier removes up to 20 l of moisture per day, adapting to your settings and conditions. The engineered DC motor moves up to 60% more air than standard motors with proportional control for faster drying than ever before. Control it via the LCD display with Chase mode, through the app on your mobile, or simply ask Google or Alexa to adjust settings for you.
With 3 speed settings, you can fine-tune humidity levels as needed. The water tank has a visible level and auto shut-off when full, while the washable filter simplifies maintenance. Manual louvre control directs airflow, and adjustable laundry timers let you set and forget. It runs quietly and efficiently in any space. The high humidity wet indicator and optimum relative humidity heart indicator keep you informed at a glance. Mounted on castors for easy movement, the cord offers flexible placement, and it's backed by a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Highly recommend
Bought last week because of summer humidity making it difficult to breathe and uncomfortable to sleep. I close the windows and doors before the outside temperature starts heating up. I have outside blinds. This unit has worked way better than I expected. I don't have to use fans at night. It does give out a tiny bit of heat, but it's not noticeable unless I walk past the machine. It doesn't even register on my indoor thermometers. Im using the 20l unit in a large 3 bed 50s house, it's placed on the bottom step of a winder stair case serving both floors. It is much quieter than a pedestal fan. Excellent product.

Hi George! Taking information from the Meaco website for this dehumidifier, yes, this does also act as an air purifier. It comes with a HEPA filter, and it is possible to buy HEPA filters and charcoal filters as spares.
