The Hoover HG2 Turbo Slim Hydro Robot Vacuum Cleaner is a space-saver that reaches places other robots can't. At just over 8cm tall, it slips under beds, sofas and low furniture where dust hides, vacuuming and mopping in one go. Its suction handles carpets, rugs, hard floors, and laminate, while Point Laser Navigation ensures it doesn't miss spots or bump aimlessly. It runs between one and nearly three hours depending on the setting, and returns to the docking station when the battery is low.
The motorised floor head drives bristles into carpet to lift dirt, and mopping adjusts with three water release levels via the HG Robots App. The app lets you set room-by-room cleaning routines by time, day and suction power to suit your home. After cleaning, the robot empties itself into the dust collection station, so you can leave it for up to 60 days without emptying. The washable filter keeps suction strong, and it runs quieter than most vacuums. It weighs about 3kg and takes a few hours to charge. Includes extra filter, mop pad, side brush, disposable dust bag, charging and dust base, and cleaning tool.

I've left this review a week or two to give it a full try out. Our house has some unusually shaped rooms with features and provided that the clutter is moved the HG2 copes well, going round and under things, over door plates and onto a thick rug. It's fun to watch and the docking and emptying works well. Whilst I've now managed to 'suss out' the app and features, it really could benefit from a proper instruction manual. A well priced product which I bought as a result of a review in a well known UK consumer magazine.

Excellent time saver!
This is fantastic combi hoover and floor clear works extremely well in our household of 5 with a dog, the app is not overly easy to navigate but once you've found schedules/areas to mop or hoover or both it seems relatively easy , the product has transformed our evenings as no hoovering /mopping needed ,we love it!

Great little vacuum cleaner
Due to mobility issues, I decided to buy this Hoover robot. OMG!! It's a life saver, so glad I bought it. It's really thorough, vacuums & mops really well. Added bonus it empties itself.

I am very happy with my hoover hg2 for its performance and simplicity of use the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I cannot connect my Bluetooth on my phone to it. I think it may be to do with my WiFi not compatible or something. Otherwise very pleased

Not much water came out for the mopping function. After about three uses mop stopped working. No water coming out at all. Even the vacuum function was unimpressive. I so wanted this machine to do the job for me as well!! Machine is quite robust and doesn't shy away from mounting rugs. However. The mapping was quite haphazard.

Love this is great as I'm in a wheelchair and was fed up of getting tangled with the hoover cord. So now when I'm out this little gadget gets the hoovering done. The app is great as you can choose the rooms you need doing and can set it off from anywhere you can also check where the robot has been. Then it makes it way home when it's finished hoovering.
