Introducing Shark's best cleaning Robot Vacuum & Mop. This 2-in-1 robot deep cleans all floor types with intelligent cleaning technologies, then returns to the large base to automatically empty the dirt, refill with water, and clean the mopping pad, ready for the next run. Self-Refills: When the robot returns to the base, it automatically refills the robot's tank with clean water. The tank holds 1.7L of water for up to 4000 sq. Ft. Of mopping coverage – that's enough clean water for up to 30 days.
Self-Empties: After every vacuuming run, the robot returns to the large base and empties its on-board dust bin. The bagless base holds dirt and debris for up to 60 days. Includes Anti-Allergen Complete Seal & Anti-Odour Technology.
Self-Cleans & Self-Dries: After every mopping run, the robot returns to the base, washes the mopping pad with clean water, then dries the pad so the robot is ready for its next clean. Picks up and drops off the mopping pad at the base, hands-free.
5 deep-cleaning technologies: Dirt Detect, Edge Detect, Floor Detect, Stain Detect and Wet Edge Detect react to your home and optimise your clean. The robot detects and reacts to dirt, wet stains, edges and corners, floor types, and more.

Can’t recommend enough!
Can’t recommend enough. With 2 kids and 2 dogs we used to hoover every single day, sometimes more than once. We set a timer so the robo hoover comes out at 4am and hoovers and mops the whole downstairs. It saves us so much time. No issues at all. We were concerned that it wouldn’t hoover properly bit I would say it hoovers the same as we would, and the little brush makes sure that it reaches the corners of rooms.

Brilliant hoover, should've bought the heated one
Love this hoover it's perfect for our home, we have set it to hoover daily and mop 3 times a week, works a charm, the only issue we have is the mop doesn't seem to dry even when set to the maximum drying time which is 8hrs. Although the dirty water tank can take up to 3/4 weeks to fill I'd advice emptying it weekly. If you afford to do it go for the one that dries with heated air not just a fan.

Happy with robot but noisy
I am pleased with the hoover however it is rather noisy compared to previous robots I have had. It’s easy and straight forward to set up.

Pure brilliance
I bought this and it arrived today. I’ve owned some very expensive robot vacuums and this is by far the best I’ve owned. It gets right up close to the edges and mops to perfection. I have 2 dogs and it’s worth saying that for it to pick up dog hair you need to put it on max suction but works perfectly. Not had any app issues or connectivity issues like other people mentioned. But I would say that make sure it’s connected to 2.5ghz network otherwise you will have issues. I work in telecoms so I know this stuff and it’s works like a charm. I’ve ordered another one for upstairs for the ultimate dream team.

A Life-Changing machine
This has transformed our lives! The Shark PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro has completely changed how I keep my apartment clean. It stays on top of things effortlessly, running daily and making sure the floors are always clear and spotless by the time I walk through the door. I’m constantly impressed by how well it navigates and how consistently clean everything feels—no dust, no debris, no extra effort from me. It’s reliable, smart, and genuinely makes my space feel more comfortable every day. One of the best home purchases I’ve made. The charge is ample for my home but if you have a large property you’d need to split the clean into areas and let it charge in between cleans.

Terrible, wouldn’t waste your money
Had to send it back because the wet plate wouldn’t attach, they sent a new one out but had problems after problems with that one too so sent it back again. Always disconnects from the wifi and is such a faf reconnecting. It leaves marks on your floor after mopping. Stick to your mop and bucket and don’t waste your money, doesn’t do well with pet hair and mud at all

This robot vacuum comes equipped with a self-cleaning brushroll that deals well with both animal and pet hair. However, some hair may remain after a cleaning session is finished. We recommend taking out the brush occasionally for cleaning purposes.
