Introducing Shark's best cleaning Robot Vacuum & Mop. This 2-in-1 robot deep cleans all floor types with intelligent cleaning technologies, then returns to the large base to automatically empty the dirt, refill with water, and clean the mopping pad, ready for the next run. Self-Refills: When the robot returns to the base, it automatically refills the robot's tank with clean water. The tank holds 1.7L of water for up to 4000 sq. Ft. Of mopping coverage – that's enough clean water for up to 30 days.
Self-Empties: After every vacuuming run, the robot returns to the large base and empties its on-board dust bin. The bagless base holds dirt and debris for up to 60 days. Includes Anti-Allergen Complete Seal & Anti-Odour Technology.
Self-Cleans & Self-Dries: After every mopping run, the robot returns to the base, washes the mopping pad with clean water, then dries the pad so the robot is ready for its next clean. Picks up and drops off the mopping pad at the base, hands-free.

I expected so much better!
I have but many top performing shark vacuum, but am so dissapointed with this very expensive model. It loses connection, gets stuck, gets lost, misses parts of rooms, its not anti hair wrap and most importantly it doesn't vacuum very well and leaves bits behind. I really would not recommend to anyone. There are much cheaper models that are probably as good or better than this. Shark please take these comment on board and let me know when you have something that is better than this so you can replace this poor model.

The app is extremely outdated compared to Robot!
The app is extremely outdated compared to the robot vacuum. Once it has scanned the rooms, adjusting the rooms is almost impossible. Also the Map floor plan should have two levels – not just one, to match UK standered homes. Which would allow the user to select an option: Upper level or Lower level. Which would then require the user to carry, just the robot vacuum upstairs to begin secondary mapping. Once done then this would be how the robot would clean. If the user selects Upper level, then it will instruct the user to carry the robot upstairs to begin the uper level rooms. The robot vacuum is futuristic but the app only reminds us that we are not quite in terms of the future for robot assisted home cleaning

Very bad. Robot and not worth it. For that price and. Very bad service. . I have warranty. For five years and just after few months. Now it is not working properly properly . When I call. They keep me. On line for hours. No one help

Shame it didn’t work
Never worked. Kept saying it had a motor problem and there were objects in the way. There weren’t any. Returned. But on a positive it was easy to set up and the app was easy to use too.

Great at cleaning hard floors
I bought this recently and its great at keeping the hard floors clean. Only get about week before i have to change the water etc so not sure where the 30days of leaving it are but maybe because we have it go once a day due to dog and toddler.

Excellent piece of kit!
First time we have had a cleaning robot. So glad we got it It both vacuums and mops amazingly well getting under sofas etc where we would only do infrequently. Wish we had got one sooner!

Robot hoover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as have dark wooden floor and was tired of constantly hoovering. My partner set it up and we waiting in suspense!!! We were extremely surprised how easy and quick it was to set up. We soon had the floor mapped out and set up ready for a clean in the morning. The robot came out and hoovered and mopped everywhere, very efficiently. It was good speed and did not leave any water marks on the floor. It did and amazing job and we were very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This robot vacuum comes equipped with a self-cleaning brushroll that deals well with both animal and pet hair. However, some hair may remain after a cleaning session is finished. We recommend taking out the brush occasionally for cleaning purposes.
