Amazing service
I’m Dyson’s fans. This is my 3rd Dyson’s product. So far no issues of their quality. However, I bought this two months ago and it has to be sending to repair. But, I can’t complain about how amazing customer and repair team service. Prompt response by email and phone, also quick arrangements to collect the purifier for repair. As under the warranty, so I’ve a replacement that they cannot repair it. Happy to have my Dyson back. It’s so fast to warmup the room and purify the air. Satisfied!

Good Overall
Good machine overall, a negative thing is the poor Bluetooth connectivity which is unreliable and will disconnect constantly. Another issue is there is no indication light to show the unit is switched on. This can be an issue if it is on heater mode and the preset temperature is reached and the fan cuts off, but it will come back on again to maintain the preset temperature. So i have by accident left the heater on overnight thinking that the heater fan is switched off.

Great during cold winters
Great for big hall + dinning area in winter. I don't have to turn on the radiators anymore. Instead of heating the whole house just sets the room on right temperation. Bit Noisy on auto mode but I don't mind.

I bought one of these for my elderly parents. They have used it as a heater and as a cooling fan. Both are excellent. Reasonable cost for running and heats up a room very quickly. Been a great help in the extremely cold times when the central heating doesn't cut it! As it was so good for my parents, I bought one for myself. Really happy! You can always rely on DYSON!

If you’re debating on whether or not to get the Dyson hot + cool air purifier, just do it. I’ve bought so many cheap fans in the past that have broken and have been terrible to use. The Dyson is great. Perfect for cold winters when you want a heated room quickly and efficiently. Perfect for hot summers when you want a cool room quickly and efficiently. The fact that it purifies whist adjusting to your preferred temperature and oscillating the air perfectly, 11/10!

Not Worth it!
Gutted how much this is for how it is… noisy and maybe pointless as app just doesn’t connect and the older version was a lot quieter than this. It’s on the lowest setting and I wouldn’t be able to have it on at night. Probably be worthless when it heats up in the summer and heat being one reason not sleeping and next the noise of this machine. Stick to the older version

Happy
Only had this for a few weeks and I’m really impressed. It’s really effective at heating a room, my central heating hasn’t been coming on, so I’m only heating the room I’m using. It’s not too noisy, occasionally have to turn the TV up a notch. Looking forward to the summer to see how effective it is a cooling fan. Quite light, so easy to move to different areas of the house, I like the display which indicates the level of contaminates in the air and see the reduction in ppm as the air is filtered. Overall happy with the purchase.

Purification is only on when the unit is heating or cooling, you could set it to the same degree of the room it's in so it's filtering that way.
