Difficult to get spare parts
Performance is good Spare parts are difficult to get Filters are difficult to get I am looking to get a Submarine head to add on to the machine I got an Email saying it was available but when you try to order all you get is that it said that it is adding when you place in basket but it does not go any further

I bought my new Dyson & I’m thrilled to bits. I’m shocked by the amazing performance. The suction is incredible. I was thinking about getting a new carpet but it’s picked up the pile of the carpet. The battery life is really good and I can whizz around the whole house. Excellent, well worth the upgrade.

I brought this vacuum to replace my V11 that was being to fail after many years of service. The new V16 is a great replacement. Powerful and has a larger pipe and attachments. It works very well on automatic Mode moving from hard floor in the kitchen to carpet in the living room. The dust collector is smaller than the V11 but has a nice little feature that allows you to compress the dust allowing you to continue vacuuming without stopping to empty the container. The green light at the front of the rollers is a fantastic feature as it highlights all the dust and hairs from the dog! The battery life is enough to vacuum all of my house including Kitchen hall living room dining room 4 bedrooms bathroom etc.

Not good on hard floors and too heavy
I returned this for a refund after 48 hours. Great suction on carpet, great battery life but too heavy for me to use. I had cramp in my thumb joint by the time I had done my whole house. I have had different cordless hoovers for the last 10 years and that has never happened before. Main reason for returning is because this Dyson was not good enough on hard floors. I kept finding some bits were flicked out the back of the head and it was leaving bits behind.
