Not good on hard floors and too heavy
I returned this for a refund after 48 hours. Great suction on carpet, great battery life but too heavy for me to use. I had cramp in my thumb joint by the time I had done my whole house. I have had different cordless hoovers for the last 10 years and that has never happened before. Main reason for returning is because this Dyson was not good enough on hard floors. I kept finding some bits were flicked out the back of the head and it was leaving bits behind.

V16 Vacuum works well. But, which moron put a light on the front. I can't switch it off have to cover it with tape. It means that the front edge is not straight and so can't go fully up to skirting board. So, about 2cm along skirting is NOT vacuumed.

A seriously great cordless vac.
It’s eye watering expensive. Let’s get that elephant out of the room for starters. But other than that I love everything about this Dyson. It does everything it says it does.on the adverts. Great suction, green light on the front shows where the dust is. The battery stays up for a good long time. It’s easy to empty. It’s so convenient. I really can’t fault it apart from the price tag.

Dyson V16 great vacuum
Very happy with my new V16 Dyson vacuum cleaner. I thought the green light might be just a gimmick, but it actually highlights the dust and particles brilliantly. It makes vacuuming a bit addictive! It is very expensive however.
