Best Dyson vacuum!
My old cordless V10 Dyson gave me over ten years loyal service so when it was time to upgrade it, although it is still working, i would only look at buying another Dyson. I was put off slightly buying the V16 Piston Animal because of some of the reviews I read but I am so glad I went ahead and bought it. I really wanted the dual head, the bin compactor and the hidden crevice tools. These upgrades are complete game changers! This is a fantastic vacuum and I really do not know why it has received some bad reviews as I cannot fault it at all and absolutely love using it. Thank you Dyson!

I bought a Dyson V16 a few weeks ago.it's super efficient at collecting dust and hair and it's really easy and light to carry. I am happy to use all the time!

Unfortunately disappointing
Purchased a Dyson following a number of disappointing vacuums from other companies, unfortunately I expected to come back to the same power and quality but I’m just not satisfied. The suction is good when it wants to be but the attachment head is constantly stating it is blocked even when it isn’t which is extremely frustrating, we are constantly taking it apart to check and find nothing there. The eco settings useless and sucks up very little, we find that we are generally using the boost function 99% of the time causing the battery to drain so much more quicker. After a further couple of weeks I have found the issue appears to be the filter, we are washing this every 2-3 days due to blockages, this vacuum should really come with at least a couple as we are having to wash and dry this too regularly. I wish I had gone for a model a few years older which would probably be better.

Not the Dyson product that we've grown to love!
I bought this as a Christmas present. The performance has been very, very disappointing. We have a V6 and one later hand held Dyson which both function better. To pick up dog hair, the vacuum needs to pass over four or five times as compared to once with the earlier model. The head does no tangle the dog hair, but struggles to function as advertised. I would like to return this product because, in our case, doesn't function as expected.

What a sucker!
Sucks great, very powerful, looks great, but then after a bit of success and emptying it multiple times for just one room, it kept stopping with a message saying it's blocked. I emptied it to clear the message several times but then even after emptying it the message would not go away. Sadly, I had to return it. I bought a different Dyson model that did not have this problem.
