Excellent hoover!
I bought this to replace my other shark hoover that broke after 6 years. I have a five year old and a one year old so I need a hoover that is easy to use but can get the job done properly! I absolutely love the shark hoovers, this hoover is amazing! I love how it will change suction power going from carpet to hard floor. Easy to get rid of the dirt in the dirt trap. Anti hair wrap is amazing. Lightweight aswell, i suffer from chronic back pain but this is so easy to pick up and manoeuvre.

Great product
Purchased a couple of weeks ago, light & easy to use and get nice and close to the edges. Suction is excellent comes with additional attachments. Also like the way you can detach the top to vacuum stairs. Tiny small don’t like is the cord which is very stiff and doesn’t wrap easily around cable tidy, tends to fall off.

Great suction
I have been using my Shark Pet Pro corded vacuum for the last couple of weeks and I’m so impressed with the suction and Hairwrap technology. It filled up so quickly on the first use that I now realise how bad my old vacuum was!! It’s my first upright vacuum and is more manoeuvrable than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend for anyone with long hair.

Lightweight Hoover
Purchased as it is lightweight. Works really well on most floors although doesn’t seem to like tiled floors!! My only criticism would be that if you use the attachments the hoover Falls over,impossible to keep it upright - this also goes for using the hand held part for the stairs - keeps falling over unless you wedge between your legs!! Easy to use attachments - lead could be longer !

Not what we were expecting
Brought this as an upgrade, so sorry we did as nowhere near as good as our previous model. Whilst it has a bigger collection tub and the auto detect feature and deodoriser are good, downsides are, the lead does not clip easily into the handle, no where to store utensils properly, cable is hard and brittle and overall feel is very plasticky

An excellent vacuum but has a couple of thingsdon'
I bought this to replace my 3 year old shark vacuum. There was nothing wrong with the old one except the brush tool had broken, but my daughter needed a vacuum for her new student accommodation so I thought it an ideal opportunity to buy a new one! It is just as as good as the old one, and I love the scent cartridge, however there are a couple of things I don't like. I prefer the flexibility of the old cable, this one is quite stiff and it's on the right side, I prefer it on the left so I can hold it while using my right to steer. There is a little clip to hold it back, but it doesn't hold it tight enough. I also don't like that I can't control the suction, it's either low or high. On the old one I had more control, so I could get it just right to go over a mat without it sucking it up. I also don't think there is enough clearance for the tools, making it tricky to fit them back on. The vacuum itself is brilliant and I am really happy with the bin, ease of emptying and the suction. I would definitely buy another shark vacuum, but I'd rather see it in store to make sure it hasn't got the annoying quirks this one has.

Amazing!!
Fantastic vacuum! I have a very hairy golden retriever and it’s better than any I’ve used before. Just an annoying cable but it seems to be loosening up.
