Disapointing

The only real positive I can think of is that it’s lightweight—but that’s likely down to the cheap materials used. Unfortunately, there are far too many design flaws to ignore from very early light use. 1. The power lead is on the wrong side, which is a major issue. Unless you’re left-handed, it makes the vacuum awkward and uncomfortable to use. 2. The lead itself is very rigid and difficult to wrap up. Moving the holder from the top to the base only makes this worse — it's hard to understand why this design choice was made. 3. Suction is average at best and noticeably weaker than my previous Shark vacuum. 4. The accessory holders are very poorly designed. You have to force the tools in to get them to fit — so much so I'm not going to bother. Why not just allow more room? 5. The materials feel very cheap, especially compared to my last vacuum. The plastic feels weak and not built to last. 6. Everything seems smaller, including the suction tubes, which are quite narrow. 7. The “floor detect” feature feels like a gimmick. It doesn’t add any real value — it’s just as easy to switch manually between hard floor and carpet. 8. The bristles on the roller are an unusual design I haven’t seen before. They’re very soft and don’t feel like they penetrate the carpet effectively. Even on sale, this is still an expensive vacuum for something with so many avoidable design issues. Cost-cutting on materials is one thing, but there’s really no excuse for poor design.

Disappointing

Whilst the vacuum picks up well the machine feels cheap which is disappointing the worst part of the vacuum is the cable it’s too stiff which makes it a tripping hazard

Ordered it on the Sunday evening it was at my house before 10am the day after so brilliant service and the hoover is th the best I've ever had!!!!

Good Hoover but the flex is hopeless & let’s it down

Good at cleaning but feels lighter than previous Shark vacuum and the cord is too stiff to wrap up

I bought this hoover to replace my old Dyson the seuction is good but not as strong as my Dyson was,however still quite powerful.The maneuverability will take a little getting used to, brilliant for hoovering my staircase ,due to the lift away. Overall it has some great features for example no hairs getting tangled around the roller brush.

I purchased my shark detect after buying a smaller shark model as i have a doggy who molts, i find this hoover superb, it picks up all the doggy hair and loads of dust and whatever else is on the floor, this is one of my best purchases, (my doggy is black so the hair is very prominant) on the carpet...
