It has all the flexibility in the accessory area you'd ever need. Its not heavy and does a great job. All in all a very efficient product that has been well made and designed

I am very disappointed although the suction is adequate the wire is so rigid it’s difficult to manoeuvre and wrap away after it has been used the one tool I received does not fit properly very difficult to take off the vacuum cleaner as the arm to wrap the wire around is in the way

Very powerful!!
Very powerful! I used to have a shark cordless and it was just pushing the mess around rather than actually sucking it up however this one is amazing it gets every last speck of dust and pet hair you could imagine and actually found an earring back I had lost months ago that must have gotten stuck in the carpet!!

So far, so good
This is the third Shark I have had, and so far, the best. A number of others have mentioned the cord feels rigid, but it relaxes after a while, and to be honest, I think the material used for the cord is better and more resilient to damage. I love the fact it can sense the floor type it is on, and when on carpet, there is a little oomph, which means it's not as labour intensive or heavy. So far, the suction is really effective and is lifting dirt well, but previous Sharks have let me down after a little while. I am hoping this one won't.

New Shark Hoover
The suction on the hoover is great sucks up really well . I am very disappointed with the cord though it is cheap and screws all up have to keep pulling it straight such a shame my old shark cord is strong and good quality but this one is definitely of different quality so wouldn’t buy again .

Wire a problem!
I bought this a few weeks ago and have no complaints except for the wire. It’s like wrestling a snake ……so stiff and unbendable it’s clearly a cheap version of what used to be on the previous vacuums I’ve purchased that have been made by Shark, I think the quality of the product has been let down by this.

Great vacuum 👌
This vacuum cleaner is so easy to handle, moving from carpet to laminate flooring is great. It's not too noisy and suction is fantastic. It's so versatile aswell, after separating the body doing the stairs was easy. Overall a great corded vacuum and would definitely recommend it.

This is my third shark hoover, they have always felt sturdy but this 1 doesn’t & the cord on it is far to stiff, i suppose it will loosen through time but over all the hoover feels cheap
