Delux potted Christmas tree 5ft - disappointing qu
Bought this Christmas hoping for a good bargain small tree but found it was not good quality very disappointing not at all how it’s described but it was cheap in the sale. I returned it immediately and the staff in Birmingham were really helpful letting me open the box to check the quality in store, e even though it wasn’t suitable the staff were extremely helpful and gave great customer service!

Just fantastic all round
I’m absolutely delighted with the tree. So far it has exceeded my expectations and looks real. I normally get real but I hate that they die and of course there’s the mess. Such good value for money as well.

Great looking tree, unstable base
This tree looks great, and more expensive than it is. But the base of the tree is very unstable and the tree started to lean... Could do with more stability in the pot to help keep it upright and then it would be perfect. Took a little time to fluff the branches but well worth doing for that full, realistic look. The fact it comes in a pot makes it look more real

Attractive tree
Easy pick up at Sainsbury’s. Decent tree for the money. Only 2 parts so easy to assemble and put away again. Not as stable in the base as I would have liked. 4 way string from trunk to basket has helped this.
