About this product
Release the locks and bring Lightning McQueen and Dinoco Cruz to the track as you Race-in-a-Case with Speed Arena. The 2.77m course sets up quickly and folds away just as fast. Twists and turns add excitement to every race and lap counters keep track of who's winning. The Cars-themed trackside banners recreate each film's racing atmosphere. Ergonomic hand controllers let small hands regulate speed easily, whilst encouraging hand/eye coordination. Suitable for ages 3 and up with supervision required. The set includes the two 1:64 scale racers, plus a pre-built track-in-case design that makes it simple to store and transport between play sessions. Speed Arena can be operated both indoors and outdoors (on calm/dry days) and is powered either with 4x 1.5V LR06 AA size batteries (not included) or connect a USB-C power supply (not included). The lap counters help children practise counting while they race. This electric track set encourages friendly competition and helps develop motor skills, while keeping preschoolers engaged. Assembled track requires a space of 100 x 46cm.

Very poor quality. Deserves 0 stars.
Terrible. It is like it was put together by a child. The metal that runs through the track looks like it was cut far too long and just wedged in there. Leaving it with kinks that cause the vehicles to come off the track regardless of speed. Very disappointed.

The box stated 4x 1.5v mignon batteries, which basically meant 4x AA, the descriptions on here states 4x C batteries, so brought both just incase as was a christmas gift ..... can confirm it is 4x AA batteries, so ignore the descriptions and probably the robot that answered this question originally.
We bought this for Christmas its 4 x AA batteries or can charge via usb.
