Misleading description
Surely a hoodie blanket has a hood? This unfortunately does not. It’s a blanket with sleeved can’t really be worn just thrown over

Average
Good quality, the throw itself keeps you warm but the heating is quiet average. You barely feel it
Albert, 35 - 44
Very cosy
I bought this to use in my campervan and it's great. It kept me lovely and warm. It would be even better if it had a hood

Totally misleading description.
I bought this because the description was that it was a 'heated wearable hoody blanket'. Maybe I'm stupid, but I thought that would mean that A) It had a hood, and that B) You could wear it and would be able to move around, even a little bit, whilst wearing it (otherwise, surely it's just a blanket?). Firstly, it does not have a hood, or anything that is meant to be a hood or even remotely resembles one. Secondly, you cannot wear this. You put your arms in 1st, and 'wear' it like a hospital gown, it's completely open at the back. It has things that vaguely resemble sleeves but putting your arms in these doesn't allow you to move around, as there's nothing to keep it on you - no clasps, buttons, zips or anything else. So as soon as you sit up, it falls off your shoulders. It's basically a very long, fairly thin blanket with poorly designed and ineffectual sleeves which serve no purpose whatsoever. Anyway. I had specifically wanted something with a hood, so I didn't use it, didn't remove the tags and I returned it to the Swindon store the following day. I was astonished by the extremely poor response. They initially point blank refused to accept the return, because I'd taken it out of its clear plastic delivery bag, even though all tags were attached and it was very clearly unused (and was less than 24 hours after purchase!). Even when I made the point that there was no way for me to check that the item was not what I wanted (it had been an argos online purchase) without opening the bag. After a lengthy conversation with the manager, he VERY grudgingly agreed to accept the return on the basis that it clearly didn't have a hood. He made out that this was a one-off exception to the rule and the store policy was to never accept returns if they'd been removed from their bags ....! Surely this is nonsense? Anyway. An extremely disappointing product and an even more disappointing customer service response. I get almost everything from Argos but it's put me off going back!

Hey Momo,
I can advise that this heated hoody blanket is USB powered.
Thanks for using Q&A.
It is not a hoody! I am using it as a top blanket with thicker sleeves and foot heat and foot pocket when sitting. Be useful if power cut but two small patches that heat upto chest and depending on height top leg or higher but larger one on legs or feet depending! But gives off enough heat and helps circulation if youre prone to cold. Like me! I found it useful. Hope thats a little clearer on product. Lol
Hey Argosman,
I can advise that this particular model is a heated hoody and that is it's intended use.
