With setting on max browning white bread remains white. Our bread requires toasting twice to get brown toast.

Amazing toaster
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent a long time searching for the perfect toaster, and when I discovered how many features this one has, I was thrilled! It can toast bread straight from the freezer, and if your slice isn't done to your liking, there's a function to give it just a bit more toasting. At first, there was a slight smell, but I believe that's normal with new appliances. Thankfully, it didn’t take long for it to disappear. The toaster comes with a convenient tray that collects breadcrumbs, making cleanup after use super easy. Its design is fantastic—it works well for both very small slices and larger ones. I’m incredibly pleased with this toaster and use it almost every day. I would absolutely recommend it to my friends and family!

Makes Perfect Toast
Great toaster with great functionality. After getting used to the toaster (let's agree all toasters are different!) it creates perfect toast. Love everything about it from the bagel setting to the reheat function. Very pleased with my purchase.

Expensive but moneyworth
First of all, I must say that this product is priced above average for its category, but I think it's worth paying for. What I like most is the matte black finish, which givs it a special elegance and does not show fingerprints, a big plus compared to my old "stainless steel" toaster. In terms of use and functionality, it toasts bread very well,unifrom, and the slot is wide enough to fit thick slices of bread, bagels and so on. It is also the first toaster I have had with a higher lift than any other, which allows you to remove smaller pieces of bread without burning your fingers. The only downside is the size; it takes up quite a bit of space, but overall, I would say that if you have the room and can afford it, it's a great product.

Love it!
I love my new toaster. It goes really nicely next to my pistachio stand mixer. The bagel function is good, and the levels of toast work perfectly. The only suggestion I have is I wish it came with a little long brush to remove the leftover crumbs from the sides, the ones that don't fall into the tray.
