Great machine, allows for as little or as much tweaking as you like. Works straight out the box to produce a great coffee but you can tweak, grind, strength, milk etc to make your coffee bespoke.

I got this for myself as a Christmas gift. It's so easy to use that even my 9-year-old can make my morning coffee. It's really quiet when you use it compared to other brands like Delonghi or Jura. There's a great selection of drinks, and the settings are super easy to figure out. So, even if a bunch of people in the house like coffee, everyone can set up their own preferences. I'm really happy with my coffee express.

If Temu did a coffee machine.
For the price this is nowhere near as good as expected. Quite slow, long winded options, no option to save an exact drink into a profile, small water tank, drip tray gets so full without realising and the alert is when it is so full you can't get it to the sink without it spilling everywhere. Rather than go into standby mode it turns itself off too soon with a rinse everytime which fills the drip tray. Very loud, the kids know when you're awake. Definitely made a mistake with this machine. If Temu did Coffee machines this would be it.

Manufacturing faults
I brought this machine couple weeks back and is already faulty. It didn’t come properly sealed from the beginning. The coffee is going down in the water tray instead of cup. I tried to clean like they said but still the same . Unfortunately I need to return it back.
