The Silentnight Middleton Divan Base helps you set up a bed that fits your bedroom layout and storage needs. It's a kingsize frame with two built-in drawers that keep spare bedding, pillows or extra layers out of sight but easy to reach. The blue fabric finish adds a calm tone to your room. You can add a Silentnight mattress and headboard separately to complete your setup. Chrome glide feet make it simple to shift around when you're cleaning or rearranging without scratching floors.
Each drawer slides out smoothly and holds everyday bedroom items, reducing floor clutter. Headboard fixings are included, so you can attach your chosen headboard without extra hardware. It arrives in two manageable parcels and needs two people for assembly. Built to support up to 202 kilogrammes, and handmade in the UK with over 75 years of bedmaking know-how. Comes with Silentnight's 5 year guarantee.
To complete your set you can choose from our wide range of Silentnight mattresses and headboards, which are available to add separately to create a bed that suits you. Shown with our Silentnight Merlin headboard.

Useful storage bed
I bought a silent night half ottoman divan base over 10 years ago and it is still like new. I decided to purchase another one when I was replacing a spare bed which had wooden slats. The quality is very good and the half ottoman storage is really useful. I find the solid base supports the mattress better than wooden slats. The ottoman part of the bed is very heavy so needs two or more people to move it but it was fairly easy to join the two halves together. Instructions and screws came with the bed. Very happy with my purchase.

I have purchased this divan bed to replace my new one. The 2 drawers seem good quality and the bed was easy to install. It is a nice colour too. I was able to assemble this myself.
