I was given “Fire Legend” brand not Acer, returned
The item was not as described. Pictures showed Acer logos on Argos, the one I received was a “fire legend” which apparently is a subsidiary brand of Aopen which is a sub brand of Acer. But not as advertised and I didn’t fancy having “fire legend” in a cheap font all over the front of this work item

Handy to Have
Excellent monitor, very clear with HD. I have two portable monitors and this is definitely the better quality image. The only downside is that my older monitor came with a carry case, this one doesn't, which is a shame. Very lightweight with a built in stand, which my older monitor doesn't have. Yes I would recommend

Didn't work with tablet, ok with phone
Bought this to connect to my tablet for a larger screen to watch stuff on while away, as the spec said it worked with tablets. It didn't seem to want to recognise my tablet. Attached my phone via the C cable and it worked straight away. Tried mirroring the settings on my Samsung tablet to those on my Samsung phone but still not working. Not quite what I was aiming for but it'll do.

Nice but disappointed that there's no power supply
The Acer AOPEN 16PM1Q is an excellent lightweight 15.6‑inch portable screen that works well with iPhone and PlayStation. Just be aware that it doesn’t include a power supply, so you’ll need your own if your device can’t power it over USB‑C which neither the iPhone nor PlayStation can do Marking down the compatibility score because some people might have difficulty powering the screen out of the box.

Misleading
I bought this as a gift for Xmas. On the photo it showed the monitor with an Acer logo. When I had it, it had Fire Legend as a logo. This was misleading

So this monitor has One USB Type-C cable which connects your PM1 series display to a laptop, allowing you to share your display and transfer data while also supplying power. So if you Laptop/computer supports the connection then yes it would work.
