Brilliant buy. Great value for money. Can be used anywhere. Just plug in and go. Very sturdy. Works really well. Does just the same as those huge ones that take up tons of space. Good to have a few resistance bands and handles included along with sheeet showing various exercises you can try. Been using for two weeks daily and can already see a difference. Lots of adjustable programming, vibration and speed to suit. Quite compact so easy to store. Arrived very quickly within 4 days. Definitely recommend.

Love how portable it is
Really liking this vibration plate. We bought it to replace a much lager one with hand bars but this is just as good. It gets used more as we can move it around the house and put it away when finished. The only issue we have come across is that when you add the 2 side hand ropes the metal clasps rattle on the plate,

The Bluefin Ultra Slim Full Body Vibration Plate may be used on carpet if the carpet is flat, dense and short/low pile.
This is the information I have found on the instructions for the vibration plate:
Unbox your Bluefin vibration plate and place it on a flat, hard surface. If the surface is slightly uneven, adjust the feet under the plate. If you live in a flat or an apartment building we recommend placing a yoga mat or rug beneath the plate to absorb any noise. Bluefin fitness plates are very quiet but all vibration plates make at least some noise.
