Good machine for the price

I bought my washing machine 2 weeks ago. After not having a working machine for a few weeks, I had quite a lot of washing to do. I have used several of the programmes on the machine and they have all worked well. It takes a bit of getting used to using the dial for the programme selector as it is not always clear which programme has been selected. It maybe easier if the mark on the dial was coloured and not white. The quick wash programme is ideal for lightly soiled clothes. I am happy with the machine

Pleased with this machine good capacity and quiet quite a few different cycles just getting used to them now does spin clothes good a lot better than my last machine a vast improvement and the clean drum cycle great idea price was great delivered with care and very helpful and polite drivers no issues at all thanks better wash days now.

happy with my new machine

I am very happy with my purchase. It has been in continual use for the last 2-3 weeks as I had a build up washing after my old washing machine became unusable. Spin speed a bit slower than my old machine but doesn't cause too much problem. It is extremely quiet.

IT WASN'T PLAIN SAILING!

i bought this washing machine to replace an ageing Bosch that had served it's purpose for well over 10 years. my ordered included £50 for installation and recycling of the old Bosch machine. i had difficulty with the hotpoint website when inputting a postcode; it was clunky so hard to access a delivery date. once it arrived the technician couldn't switch off the cold water tap (blue). so no installtion or recycling took place. i waited on a local plumber but tna. after 10 days i and my brother tackled the blu tap with a wrench and closed off the tap. we installed the new Indesit machine and had difficulty fitting a plastic sound proofing cover underneath. why was it designed to be so difficult? once this was complete i rang Argos about refunding the £50 cost of the installation and recycling. 4 days later it was transferred into my bank account. atm, i have managed to find a setting to do the washing cycle i usually use. it works very well and is quiet. i have registered for the extra warranty on parts with hotpoint.

Good machine, glad I purchased this and delivery very good. But be aware ,if installing yourself, that they have stuffed the base full of polystyrene which if not removed will make the whole machine quite lively
