About this product
Create a calm, restful space with these blackout eyelet curtains that keep your room dark and private when needed. The blackout lining blocks unwanted light so you can sleep soundly or relax without glare, while silver iron eyelets thread onto a curtain pole for quick, straightforward hanging. This pair includes two panels providing generous coverage with soft, natural folds. Our fabric blocks 100% of light, but light may come through around the edges depending on the curtain header, pole and its position.
Each panel features 20 eyelets with a 6cm diameter that slide smoothly along a standard curtain pole, so opening and closing them is simple and quiet. The blackout lining adds structure and weight, helping the curtains hang beautifully and stay in place. The curtain pole isn't included, but the eyelets fit most standard poles without needing extra fixtures or fittings. They're made from 100% polyester that's designed to last, and they come with a one-year guarantee for added reassurance.
Part of the Argos Home Beautiful Plains Curtains collection.

Customers Say
These blackout curtains offer great value, effective light blocking, and good colour options. Some users note creasing issues and a plasticky feel, but overall quality and price satisfaction are high.

So So.
These curtains are OK, but no better than ok. They have been hanging for over a week and are still creased from when they were packaged. They also feel quite cheap and almost plastic like. They had a strange smell which dissipated after a few days and a few sprays of air freshener. They are only for use in a spare room, so I'm not too fussed about these issues. I wouldn't recommend them sadly.

Lovely blackout curtains
Great curtains in the exact colour I wanted. Sadly they are keeping the packing creases as they can't be ironed but that is the only negative I have found. It's a shame I can't find cushions etc in the same colour.

Perfect black out curtains
Love my new curtains was having some trouble with the neighbours that live across from me as they are nosey and keep staring in through my windows I was suggested to get black out curtains from someone who works at Argos and that was the best decision Iv ever made! Not only has it deterred the neighbour across they have also started to keep their curtains closed now also since I got these black out curtains that I was suggested to get my downstairs neighbour has got a window sticker to cover the window so nobody can look in and they keep their curtains closed at all times to prevent the neighbours across staring in

Cheap and they look it
Bought for a bedroom window. They work I suppose but the quality is quite poor, they remind me of heavy duty carrier bags! You only get what you pay for I suppose , But I do like the colour.

Hello there,
The supplier has advised the following for the: Habitat Blackout Eyelet Curtains - Charcoal Grey - 168x137cm
We are not able to advise which size will work best for you as we don't have details of the type of pole you are using, or which points your dimensions were taken.
We would recommend you watch the 'how to measure' video on the website: https://www.argos.co.uk/product/8272012/?clic...
This is the best way for you to determine fit - it will take you through where to measure on your curtain pole/ track and give you options for the length.
Thank you for using Q&A.

Hello Lizzie,
For a window that's 180cm wide by 210cm drop, these are the closest matches I found:
Habitat Birds Voile Curtain - £9, 140x229cm, good if you want a longer drop and a light, sheer finish
Habitat Pencil Pleat Voile Curtain - £9, 140x229cm, also a longer drop option with a similar voile look
Habitat Blackout Eyelet Curtains - £13.50, 117x137cm, a pair of curtains, but the drop is much shorter than your window
Habitat Blackout Curtains - £10.50, 117x137cm, a pair, again with a much shorter drop
Habitat Leaf Blackout Eyelet Curtains - £27, 117x137cm, a pair, shorter drop
Habitat Herringbone Pencil Pleat Curtains - £35, 117x137cm, a pair, shorter drop
