25 instead of 75?
I received the 25G sim card but when I activated it I believe I received 75G. I haven't checked because I basically needed 10GB immediately. The confusion is what brings the rating down.

Great Device!
This device is small and lightweight, so itβs easy to carry anywhere. It works with a 4G SIM card and can share Wi-Fi with multiple devices at the same time, which is very useful for phones, laptops, or even friends. The speed is good for everyday use like browsing, watching videos, and using apps. The battery lasts for several hours, making it suitable for travel or being outside for a long time. Itβs also very easy to use, just insert the SIM card and turn it on, no complicated setup needed.

Hello Twinkletoes1990,
The supplier has advised for the TP-Link M7010 Unlocked LTE Cat4 4G Portable Travel Wi-Fi: the TP-Link M7010 Mobile Wi-Fi router is unlocked and compatible with any network carrier, such as EE or Vodafone.
The M7010 is generally sold as an unlocked device, meaning it is not tied to a specific carrier. However, compatibility with a particular network like EE or Vodafone depends on whether the router supports the network bands used by that carrier in your area.
Here's how to confirm compatibility:
1. Check with your carrier: Contact EE, Vodafone, or your chosen ISP to find out which network types (e.g., 4G LTE) and frequency bands they support in your area.
2. Check the M7010's supported bands: Visit the TP-Link official website and look up the M7010's specifications to see which network types and bands the device supports.
https://www.tp-link.com/home-networking/mifi/...
3. Match them up: If the bands supported by the M7010 overlap with those used by your carrier in your area, the device should be compatible.
Please note that supported network types and bands are determined by the device hardware and cannot be changed via a firmware update.
Additionally, the M7010 uses a specific SIM card size (please check the product specifications to confirm whether it requires a Nano SIM or Micro SIM), and a SIM card is not included β you'll need to purchase one separately from your chosen carrier.
Thank you for using Q&A.

Hi,
To use the data roaming function on a 4G Mobile Wi-Fi device, you typically need to have an active data plan with your mobile service provider that includes international roaming services. It's important to note that data roaming may incur additional charges, and the rates for data usage vary depending on the mobile network and service provider.
Please follow the steps below to enable Data Roaming on TP-Link 4G Mobile Wi-Fi device:
1. Log into the Web UI via tplinkmifi.net
2. Go to Advanced -> Dial-up -> Dial-up Settings, and enable "Data Roaming".
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi,
Whether or not you can return the product and the return period depends on the retailer you purchased it from.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi,
You can access internet abroad with the help of the roaming feature. To use the data roaming function on a 4G Mobile Wi-Fi device, you typically need to have an active data plan with your mobile service provider that includes international roaming services. It's important to note that data roaming may incur additional charges, and the rates for data usage vary depending on the mobile network and service provider.
By enabling data roaming on your SIM card and 4G Mobile Wi-Fi device, you could stay connected to the internet and access online services while traveling abroad without the need for a local SIM card.
Please follow the steps below to enable Data Roaming on TP-Link 4G Mobile Wi-Fi device:
1. Log into the Web UI via tplinkmifi.net
2. Go to Advanced -> Dial-up -> Dial-up Settings, and enable "Data Roaming".
If the data roaming feature doesn't work, you can perform the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Test the data roaming on another 4G device, such as a mobile phone, to verify if the issue is specific to the TP-Link 4G LTE Router or the SIM card.
2. Ensure that your TP-Link 4G Mobile Wi-Fi device is using the correct APN profiles for the new mobile operator in the foreign country. The APN profiles determine the network settings required for data connectivity.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Hi,
The Mobile Wi-Fi allows direct internet connectivity via a SIM card, utilizing 4G data access. To confirm whether your SIM card is compatible with it, please check whether the supported network type and bands of the Mobile Wi-Fi matches with your SIM card.
Please check with your ISP which network type and bands are supported by your SIM card in your area, and then check the specification of the TP-Link Mobile Wi-Fi device on TP-Link official website to find the network type and bands supported by the device.
Note: The supported network type and bands are related to the device hardware, thus unable to be changed via firmware update.
Thanks for using Q&A.
