I brought my Dyson about three weeks ago the Dyson wet dry submarine is very heavy and it doesn’t hover up as good as my Dyson DC11 sometimes I have to go over stuff several times

I miss the old vacuum heads

I bought this vacuum because we have a dog that looses a lot of hair and since this vacuum is made for animal hair it was no brainer. I got to say that I am a little disappointed with the new vacuum head. I feel like it does not get all the hair from the floor and is so bulky and heavy. I really miss using the fluffy optic brush from the older type and i wish i could use it with this vacuum. Please give us an adapter or make it available for this type.

The V15 does a better job

I bought this just over a month ago, safe to say the V15 is better due to the attachments for hard floor and carpet. The V16 is more powerful but trying to be too clever with both hard floor and carpet in one head. It means it does an average job compared to the V15 which has separate heads and works better. The battery life doesn’t seem as good as the V15 either and the ne filter design just means it gets clogged up as there isn’t enough space for hairs/pick up to get round the back. Build quality seems better than the V15, but honestly it’s not as good. The V16 head shape also means it doesn’t get the edges very well either unless it’s side on. The submarine attachment, does ok. Feels a bit like a gimmick though compared to a floor polisher or good old fashion mop.

A fabulous, powerful cordless vacuum

I was very undecided on buying this model, I was put off by price initially, but after doing my research and reading several reviews, I took the plunge and bought it. It’s packaged very well and is very easy to set up. As is the case with most electrical appliances these days, there is no hard copy instruction manual, you have view it online or using the My Dyson app. As soon as I’d assembled it, I switched it on and immediately, the power was unbelievably good from a cordless vacuum. I was very impressed with the power, suction and design. It’s very easy to use and comes with a good selection of attachments. Then it was time to try the Submarine wet floor attachment. Again, easy to set up and use. I was very impressed with the quality at it cleaned my hard floor. It’s also great for just spot cleaning and the water tank lasts for ages. Overall, a great product and would highly recommend.

Good but

I bought this a month ago . The suction is good and the light to show the dust is good too. Im having difficulty removing the wand from the main body in order to use it as a hand held. I’ve watched the video and done everything that is meant to release the wand but it doesn’t work for me . I have had many Dysons and never have I had this problem. I also find it heavier than previous dysons Ive owned .

The floor cleaner attachment does not work. Called up within 30 days of receiving and was offered to wait until the attachment next restocks, no email of restock and still can't fully use the item 2 months later. I had high expectations following my previous Dyson but I'm more than disappointed with this purchase and service.

It's too heavy to lift and the attachments are difficult to remove, the dust box is very awkward to empty and the weight means it's even more difficult. The suction is good and lots of dust has been removed, pity about the other problems

Great product. Poor service.

It’s a great product. Big advance over previous model we had. However service and support really let Dyson down. Still awaiting a replacement for the brush piece as the wheel broke. Dyson refuse to exchange the product and ask me to keep calling in to check when in stock. Over a year now. That’s their job!!!!

This cordless hoover does everything that I want a hoover to do. It is versatile, responsive, and powerful. I don’t have it fitted to the wall or on a floor stand, it takes to pieces and stores away easily. I thought the price was a bit high but it is worth every penny. Thank you Dyson.

A Real Game-Changer for Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have a good impression about the Dyson products but I can say that the Dyson Piston animal is a game-changer. Suction is powerful , the mop function works brilliantly on hard surfaces , and the battery lasts long enough to get everything done in one go.The mop attachments leave the floor spotless , and the filtration is impressive , trapping dust and allergens effectively.
