I bought this phone for my husband who has always refused to have a smart phone till now. The phone is a great choice for beginners, quite large for ‘older users’ to handle easily and very adaptive where needed (eg text size and view type etc.) We did struggle with the contacts disappearing a few times but this has now been sorted. Can’t really comment on the battery as the phone isn’t being drained by using the internet yet.

This is my first Samsung mobile phone, in the past I used motorola. This phone is much faster than the ones I was using. I found it easy to set up, the setup procedure copied all my apps and contacts over from my old phone. Leaving me to logon on the different apps. Battery is long lasting and charges in about the same time as other phones I have had. I bought the Samsung to get 5 years of android version updates. The phone was supplied with android 15. I am highly delighted with my purchase.
