I absolutely detest this phone. It's the worst Samsung I've ever owned & I've had a few. Basically it only has onescreen instead of the 2/3/4 + you would normally have. Everything is on a hidden page below the only screen there is. Which if you attempt to add to the screen above it will within a small amount if time move it back down to where you got it from. I dic the data switch via Samsungs apps half of my app's either didnt transfer or i had to create new one. The just normal text message app, well thats a different story there was aprox 6 different one all having adverts which ive never had with just normal text. There is literally half of the phone that sends me Temu adds constantly. Its so so frustrating im sending it back after xmas ive been told to get the same phone but 5G. Im literally worried as samsung has been my go too phone for years i just dont know what to do. Simply because this phone is so stressful & i have an illness so with the illness i need things around me that im used to in case i need to call for help Hence samsung are reliable they have basically the same set up so the parts i need go onto that front page so i see the pic & no exactly what it is IE: the phone call button is green so i literally know thats what i press for help. Plus other icons for different things. I cant use my old phone properly because whilst in my medical emergency i dropped it in the dogs water bowl.

I can advise that the SIM Free Samsung Galaxy A17 4G 128GB AI Mobile Phone - Grey does not feature a 3.5mm headphone connection. You may use wired headphones with a 3.5mm jack to USB-C adapter and these can be found on the Argos website.
