Very little charge time
I wanted to clean the runner on my stairs, sadly it ran out of charge after two steps, I can’t seem to find the charger or anywhere to buy a replacement charger online! If anyone knows anywhere I can buy one that would be great! (Plug in not magnetic charger)

A beast of a tool
Bought this to combat the puppy leaks in my front room when they miss their puppy pads. Brilliant at sucking up a dove that you can see it being drawn out of the carpet. Love the simple design and how well it's designed ergonomics. The battery life is quite long on the use which is always a plus. It's easy and portable from room to room and it lifted easy stains removing the wee and it did remove an old stain upstairs.

Great for specific use cases - not a win all round
This is great but for very specific use cases: namely small spills, pet accidents, etc. that can be saturated with the cleaning fluid provided, potentially agitated with the device head, then vacuumed up. It's not gone unused in my house and provides handy spot cleaning, but cannot replace a full size carpet cleaner. If you go into it with your eyes open you'll be fine. However, the one major hiccup is that they have this great carrying care designed for their spray bottles and own cleaning fluid which last next to no time as the design is about saturating the spill. Moving to your own cleaning fluid is of course the cheaper option but it's difficult to reuse the spray bottle that fits in the caddy. Fine for small things, probably not worth the RRP, but handy none the less.

I bought this in recommendation and I’m so glad I did .. like all Shark/ Ninja products they are first class. You only get what you buy so it’s worth spending a little bit more.

Worth every penny
Debated this for a while, watched many videos and reviews but so glad I ordered. We had a stain on carpet upstairs that I'd given up on, this got it out in seconds! Fantastic little kit, love the storage caddy too and I always struggle to find things to hold little kita together so this is great. Perfect for young families with daily spillages and general carpet stains.

Not entirely impressed
So I’ve used many shark products before and have found them to be amazing but I can’t really work this one out!!!!!! It’s great on my kitchen bar stools and have used it to clean the arms on my parents living room chairs but it never seems to suck the liquid up. I spray the stain spray and clean but the liquid tank is always totally dry!!!! Is it meant to soak up the stain remover spray as this appears to just be soaking into the upholstery???? I’d love to say it’s amazing but I’m honestly not impressed and it’s not a cheap piece of kit so it’s failing for me I’m afraid.

It can take up to 4 hours to fully charge, and overall runtime of this spot cleaner is up to 15 minutes.
Dry times can vary based on a number of factors such as the fabric type, upholstery or cleaning time. We recommend extracting the stain until no liquid can be seen coming through the clear window of the tool. To accelerate drying, please ensure the area is well ventilated and turn on fans, heating or air conditioning if available.
