Disappointing Appliance
I would give no stars if I could. Complete waste of money....no wonder it is now reduced. It has left marks worse than the stains it was supposed to remove. I will now have to pay a professional cleaner to sort out. Have tried on upholstery and carpet. Very disappointed

Wow ..
Brought this when it was on offer, tried it on some really old carpet stains that must of been there a number of years prior to moving in. Looked like fake tan/ make up but can’t be sure anyway after just one go at removing the difference is incredible can highly recommend this product this is going to save investing in a new carpet. Not tried it on fresh spillages / stains yet but I have high hopes from seeing it in action.

A must have cordless cleaner
Brilliant handheld cleaner, the portable caddy is great to use as it keeps all the cleaning products together nicely. Picks up all spills quickly and cleans them up nicely. Easy to take apart to clean and the look and feel is lovely after the area has been cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this product if you have pets or children as its quick and efficient to clean up sudden spills/ pet mess and can be used in the home and car aswell.

This Shark StainForce is really effective for quick, everyday stain emergencies and easy to use. It doesn’t completely replace a full-sized carpet cleaner for deep jobs, but for rapid cleanup and portability, it’s excellent — worth the 4 stars

My cushion and sofa cushion ruined.
I bought this a month ago, it has got the calpol stain out of the carpet what was fantastic. But DO NOT use on anything you really care about. I was bought cushions for my 30th this month and I dropped a chunk of mince pie on the sofa that caught the cushion and the sofa. I grabbed my stainforce instantly. Use as instructed. I thought great it’s got it out! Came down this morning to find the cushion stained almost like a bleached stain and also my sofa cushion stained! I’ve put both in the washing machine hoping that it might help. It hasn’t. My 30th cushion is now a right off and my sofa is now stained worse. With I took a damp cloth and washing up liquid to it now. Wouldn’t have caused this kind of damage. So so so disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this spray product at all!! The little hoover is fantastic but not to work as a team with the spray unless you want to ruin all your nice home furnishings.

The Shark StainForce is not specifically designed for mould removal as its formula targets stains and odours, not fungal growth. But we advise to use first to pre-treat the carpet with mould-killing solution, and after, use the Shark StainForce to extract moisture and clean the stain.
Yes it can be used on mattresses, but please note that mattresses are thick and absorbent, so use minimal cleaning solution to prevent deep soaking. We also advise to test a small area first by checking for colorfastness and fabric reaction before cleaning a large section.
