Pleasantly surprised
I was quite sceptical when purchasing this product. However, I was pleasantly surprised on how good it actually is. We had some slightly older dried out stains in our cream carpet which I didn't expect to come up at all. However, I was really impressed on how well this machine did. We had an older stain that refused to go using other products. But the stain force actually improved the stain and I think if I continue with it it will actually go. Well worth the money.

Highly recommend this item. I have been demented with stains on my carpet. I literally have been battling with the same stains on my carpet for the past year. I got a puppy and she was sick on the carpet in a few different areas. It left mustard coloured stains on my grey carpet. I tried everything including shampooing the full carpet multiple times. Nothing shifted these stains. I bought this stain remover thinking why not tey it i have tried everything else, there is no way it will shift it. This was my last attempt before buying a new carpet. It took that little machine about 30 seconds to fully remove the stain. Follow instructions on the spray and thenfollow the instructions on the machine and boom all stains gone. Can not believe it!!!!!!

Excellent product
I used this a few weeks ago after I spilt a whole cup of tea on my beige carpet (!!) and I am so happy with the results. The product was very easy to use and I loved that you can see the dirty water so you know it’s working. The carpets aren’t left soaking wet like other stain removers. The results speak for themselves - you’d never know that before this product my carpet looked like it was beyond saving as there is now no stain to be seen at all. I highly recommend the stain force.

Great bit of kit
Brilliant bit of kit, we’ve held off getting new carpets for our kids’ bedrooms and playroom as they’re still prone to spilling stuff, so I bought this to try and tackle some of the stains on them. Used it for the first time last night and can’t believe how quick and easy it was. All I did was give it a good spray, used the scrubbing end of the wand as directed then used it to suck up the liquid, then repeated a couple of times for the tougher stains. Really can’t believe how well the carpets and playroom sofa came out in just minutes. It’s so easy to empty and clean too, which is the icing on the cake!

Disappointed, doesn't seem to suck up the stain as advertised. Even when using a lot of spray on the stain. Feel like I'm just wasting a huge amount of spray
