About this product
The Hotpoint HDE6VDW Electric Cooker makes family meals easier with a clever double oven setup and a simple ceramic hob. The spacious 75-litre main oven uses Multiflow technology to spread heat evenly across every shelf, so you can bake and roast at once without fuss. A 38-litre top oven adds flexibility for smaller meals or grilling, while the ceramic hob has 4 zones that heat up fast for quick weeknight cooking. Front-mounted controls keep everything within reach, and the digital clock and timer help you stay on track when managing several things at once.
Both ovens come with interior lights so you can check on your food without opening the door. The main oven has an easy-clean interior with steam cleaning function, making post-dinner tidying less of a chore. A full-width electric grill is built into the top oven, and it comes with a grill tray and handle. The double-glazed oven door keeps heat in and the kitchen cooler. At 60cm wide and finished in white, it fits neatly into standard kitchen spaces and needs hardwiring by a qualified electrician. It weighs 54.7kg and comes with a 10-year parts and 1-year labour guarantee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so thrilled with this oven! It looks so sleek and modern in comparison to my old one! It cooked my Sunday roast to perfection, with plenty of space for veggies, chicken and roast potatoes! Its wattage makes it powerful enough to heat up quickly, without the need to preheat for too long. It’s been so easy to use while cooking for my kids. As we are a busy family of 5, I need an oven that can keep up with cooking up to 3 meals an evening sometimes and this seems to be up to the task. Really pleased with it, especially the self cleaning function, which I’m excited to try as I hated cleaning my old oven. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

We bought it about a month ago. I was planning to get a new oven and wasn't sure what brand to get, someone reminded me Hotpoint and we went for it. I guess, I can say all good. I mean it cooks well, easy to clean, quickly heats up, simple and easy to use. Just this one thing: if you open the oven to check, hot steam comes out, so need to be careful, as there is no good fan inside the oven. But it's not a big deal, I know what to expect and am used to it. Also, knobs started to make a funny sound sometimes, I kind of got used to that too. I can't complain, especially after the last oven we got and ended up returning it. It was so much hassle. This oven cooks my meals on time with no problems 😊
