bought a fortnight ago. Used twice. Easy to use and understand. Use slow brush setting for all floors, varying suction bleed for ease of moving. Machine quite heavy, but still good to use. very good suction and cleaning on all surfaces. The lack of a 3inch brush head to accompany the crevice tool supplied is a niggardly economy in the sales package. Machine feels robust and I hope for a long service life with it. Have purchased the missing brush accessory for doing stairs.

The on/off switch can be found on the motorbase, right behind the dustcup handle.
The filters can be rinsed for cleaning. We recommend changing the filters once every 6-8 months, depending on the frequency the vacuum is used.
This vacuum comes equipped with a hard-floor setting, which makes the brush roll spin slowly, and a carpet setting, which allows it to spin more quickly for efficient cleaning. Please note that the brush roll cannot be turned off completely.

Since the Shark NV180UK has a detachable hose, and also tools like a crevice tool or dusting brush, it might work, but this will depend on the size between the floor and ceiling as well.
To remove Dust Cup, slide up the release button on the dust cup handle. Tilt dust cup forward, then lift to remove, then press the release button to open bottom of dust cup. And to remove the collected debris from Lint Screen, press the top release button and lift the handle to open the dust cup, and after gently brush lint screen to clean.
We recommend regularly rinsing the filters to maintain their suction power. Please allow at least 24 hours for each filter to dry before attempting to use them again.
The solid green color means the brush is spinning and working as intended. Flashing red indicates that the motorized floor nozzle is overheating. If the light is red, we recommend turning the vacuum off and waiting a minimum of 60 minutes for the unit to cool down.
We can confirm that only 1 crevice tool is included with this vacuum. Any other additional space available for other accessories is meant for accessories purchased separately.
