Buy a Bialetti instead
My Pezzetti 6-cup Moka pot does not pour properly, but dribbles heavily from the spout making a mess on surfaces and wasting coffee. It happens every time whatever the fill-level, whatever the waiting-time before I pour.

Good coffee pot
Got this to try different way to make coffee, instead of pods. And did not disapoint, great and easy to use. Coffee is good and strong. Highly recommended.

The price reflects the quality
Sadly, the maker leaks pretty badly. You can only pour coffee from it above a sink, otherwise there's a lot of wiping to do. This lack of airtightness also means that it takes a long time for coffee to be ready. I'm trying to return it but Sainsbury's customer service is impossible to get in touch. I'd recommend investing in a more expensive alternative.

Delicious coffee
I have used my espresso coffee maker for years with delicious lavazza coffee and it's a real pleasure to drink this coffee every morning. However, eventually the washer will wear out and when buying a new one you have to make sure of the correct size. This is a 6 cup espresso coffee maker and any other size will leak.

Good value
Fancied another contraption for coffee making and this is good for espresso. Just fine on my gas hob. Small criticism would be stating country of origin as Italy, nope, the label on mine says made in China.

Superb espresso.
Very well worth the effort using this. Tamp down coffee, then fill and tamp again for maximum strength. Ensure pressure-release valve is pointed away from you when heating. Drink cold water after like the Italians!

Lovely bit of kit!
I've never been a coffee drinker - tea for me every time!, but my good friend who is married to an Italian gave me a cup of "real" coffee, and it was as though I had stepped into another universe - my astonished tastebuds conjured mental images of unicorns and rainbows and butterfly-winged fairies frolicking amongst colourful flowers etc etc etc - it was a revelation! I therefore invested in one of these and a pack of Lavazza Espresso ground coffee, and I treat myself every morning to a cup of this dark, rich nectar! LOVELY! Like another new user,I would have liked a short instruction, but I have found that if I fill it with water, and the coffee, and put it on the hob (electric) it takes about four minutes to start going "glubba-glub-glub". I then turn off the heat but leave it on the hob until the loud glubbing has stopped (about another minute) and then it's ready to pour (does tend to be a bit drippy, but I am an impatient pourer and am probably trying to go too fast.). It's small for even my smallest hob ring, so I keep it at the edge to ensure the the handle doesn't overheat or burn - it hasn't been a problem. It's easy to clean and the coffee is delicious. There are no strange parts to go wrong. It is a miracle of coffee-related engineering. I love it!
