I love this slow cooker but the lid has broken and i cant get this model of lid any were you can get the oblong one but not the square can you help

Another: non-stick coating problem
I actually really like this product but the pots non stick has come away. Seen a previous review noting the same. Mainly used as a rice cooker, it was easy to use. Wanted to continue using this product and decided to purchase a replacement and give it another try. No replacement pots available as a spare. Feels like a waste, can’t use with a damaged pot, but there’s nothing wrong with the unit.

Unfortunately This product has not met the basic expectations that it is safe and durable. during the first use the coating from the pan began flaking into the stew that was being cooked!! this was a gift for someone, so its also embarrassing. This person tried to return to Argos, and was told that they could not do a return as they don't have any in stock... and maybe need to ewait till 2nd Jan. So ultimately a ver disapointing customer experience. I wish I had used another retailer.

Boiling mess
I purchased this slow cooker last week and so far used twice, awful machine, put on high and it just boils until no liquid left, burnt chicken casserole. Put it on the stay warm section and it was cold when I served it up. Absolute waste of money

Thanks for your interest in our Foodi PossibleCooker, ! Be sure we can clarify this. At the moment, the product only includes 8 programs: Sear/Sauté, Slow Cook, White Rice, Brown Rice, Pasta, Porridge, Steam, Keep Warm. None of these are designed to fully deep-fry.

Yes, the Slow Cook has two temperatures, High or Low, selectable with the Temp arrows. Low is adjustable 6 to 12 hours, High 2 to 12 hours. Sear Sauté also offers High, Medium, or Low if you need more heat up front. It is normal for Slow Cook to look gentle rather than boiling; keep the lid closed.
