Appalling sticker covering a gift. Can't be remove
Had to be returned because a sticker with my order details covered this gift! This keeps happening and it's absolutely disgusting. Also, my granddaughter was with me and the parcel was not packed so there needs to be an option to select a covering of some sort and pay for such.
