Okay for the money
Very basic, as you would expect, but seems to do all I need it to. Buttons a bit fiddly for my clumsy thumbs, but a bit of practice should sort that out. Instructions which came with it were totally inadequate and the online manual wasn't much help either.

The ideal phone for children
Very good as a 1st phone for my child so they appreciate and learn the tech. It covers the very basic need for us to phone her and vice versa with SMS text. It has a camera, microSD card for extra storage which is handy. Basic functions, calculator, alarms, a very bright light for torch too. Extra long battery life, charge once a week with a USB-C cable. There is 4G for MMS and phone call but no internet browser or apps download as it is NOT a SMART phone. The downside are no T9 smart input so it is the old skool keypad bashing, no radio and no games. My child got used to it within a week, reminded us how we used to communicate few decades ago. It proofs that children dont need an expensive smart phone, my child uses it to call/text friends just as others do. Besides I am only £10 out of pocket should it gets lost or damaged as appose to ££££.

Carefully remove the back cover of the phone. Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slot(s). Ensure the metal contacts face downwards. Then, insert the battery, aligning the contacts. Replace the back cover until it clicks securely.
