"This is dependent on the device itself, older models with a removable back carriage, there will be a space for the SIM card once that is removed.
For new models, there is a tray on the external body of the device, usually with a small hole to open, your device will come with a thin device / tool that you can use to open this, and insert the sim card into the device once the tray is open."
