Mini chopper
I bought this mini chopper to replace and older version. This one is miles better. The position of the blades means that the whole contents is chopped finely and there are no stragglers.

Very easy to use recommended
I wanted a simple yet versatile mini chopper that doesn’t take space (worktop, cupboard or dishwasher) and easy to clean so I would actually use it more often. I particularly like the press down mechanism for control. I carefully compared similar popular products on the market and this fits all the bills. Also 2-year warranty was an important factor. My only gripe was that the included the booklet didn’t cover the actual usage. It was mostly about setup, cleaning and safety only. I found and downloaded one that had a 2-page section on usage.

Bearnaise never fails
This powerful little gadget is my best friend in the kitchen. Any sauce, marinade, rub, and is a guaranteed success for béarnaise, hollandaise, mayonnaise. Wouldn’t be without it.

I've only used this once, so far, but it does the job perfectly. Chops onions, garlic and ginger really finely, which is what I needed it for. No doubt I'll find more things to chop as I go.
