The beater shaft spirals in one direction and the beater in the other direction to at least 59 touchpoints around the bowl, so everything is fully mixed in. Amazing mixer
This was a gift for Christmas to help me do more baking with our daughter. It has changed our life . We made a birthday cake for her big brother and the cake was amazing! I made stuffing in Christmas Day and mashed potatoes, even mashed sprouts in it on Boxing Day . We absolutely love it .
