Mixing Heaven
Purchase this product as a treat to myself. Easy to use and fast. Smoothly mixes everything I have made so far, from scones to rum cake and batter. The attachments are easy to attach and the tilt head makes it even easier to add extra ingredients. Mixing bowl hold lots of cake mix. Sturdy and very well made. I will be getting as many extra attachments as I can so I can make even more things with ease.

So far I’ve used the paddle and whisk. Both are very effective and easy to change mid cake mixing. The mixer is very solid and heavy to move so will remain on the worktop. That’s fine by me as it looks so stylish!

I have waited years to get a kitchen aid and I have to say, they are by far the best stand mixer you could ever get. The planetary design of the attachments means it whips and beats the ingredients evenly, without squashing them to the bottom of the bowl as other mixers I've used do. Such a sturdy and stable machine and it comes with a 5 year warranty, which gives me peace of mind. Good size bowl, so much more helpful with a built in handle. Stunning, vibrant red, simple to use and in perfect time for autumn baking.

Worth every penny
I purchased my Kitchenaid as my aging arms are complaining from my old school non-mechanical baking methods. It mixes so quickly and efficiently I am a total convert. The attachments are easy to change and mix thoroughly to the edges of the bowl. The unit is quieter than I expected and in addition it just looks beautiful. So far I have made cakes, scones and bread using my Kitchenaid and have been impressed with all the results, particularly breads and scones are lighter and obtained a better rise than from hand mixing. My favourite kitchen purchase in years.

Excellent gadget that will get used.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best piece of kitchen equipment I’ve had. I bought the pastry beater as I do a lot of pastry, it mixes it far better than a previous food processor I owned. I also bought the sifter and scale, it’s one add on that’s a must. My only negative is, I bought the official easy beginners recipe book and the measurements are all American cups and we use grams and litres or the old imperial.

Replacement
I cannot remember how long I had my last KitchenAid but all good things must come to an end! It worked so hard for so many years for me and I knew I could not manage without it! So along comes KitchenAid number two, exactly the same colour, exactly the same model, exactly the same features but just a bit more sprightly and up to date! Buying at the sale price was an incentive and it is already working away for me making my weekly bread, along with cakes and other homemade goodies. I wonder if this one will see me out!
