Yes, it works absolutely fine on carpet

The supplier has advised the following for the Pets Alive Mama Duck Surprise:
“ We do not recommend consumers to choose the carpet surface to play, and as far as possible in the flat smooth wood floor or tile floor to play. Once the toy comes in content with uneven surface the waddling will become unstable. ”
