Great sound system
This product was better than expected. And looked into other places to purchase. Easy to connect and ease of controls with an amazing sound. I only gave this 4 stars because once opening it, it was not packaged brand new (I paid for box fresh) all the cable where bundled up inside the box. Looked like it was a return product. Slightly disappointed by the store

Superb, especially for the price!
Bought to replace old pc surround system that I was using through a chaos of wires and converters, this is so much simpler and the audio quality is surprisingly crisp and satisfying, the bass is great and I've experienced no audio delay. Remote allows switching between different EQ settings which was an unexpected bonus!

Easy set up, great sound
Bought to improve my TV'S sound. Super easy to set up with the supplied HDMI cable. Plug and play. Very refreshing not to faff about. The sound quality is very good. All round a very good buy and a good price. I would recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just a lack of information on how to set up the sound bar, terms of changing things on the TV nowhere on the information of installing the Soundbar does it say to hold down one of the buttons

I’m not happy about the products
The little 2 rears speakers was not connecting to the surround’s speakers and have tried to contacted Hisense customer service but not helping at all.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I'm glad I did it's very good for the room it sounds very good and works well with Bluetooth if your TV has it no optical it's got different sound settings aswell great for watching films and gaming no issues so far and the rear speakers are wireless

Good Quality, Short Power Cable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this surround sound system a few days ago. It was one of the only “soundbars” which also had a bass speaker AND 2 rear speakers which was all for a reasonable price. Setup was simple and quick and I can really notice the difference compared with before as it felt very immersive and with a good sound quality. It is also quite easy to switch between sources of input including connecting to Bluetooth. I will say that it possibly could have been improved by having a small section of one of the manuals dedicated to saying what each of the buttons on the remote control do as this is not entirely obvious and although I am able to use it as it is fairly obvious, I feel I may be missing out on a couple of features because I don’t know what the buttons do. Furthermore, although the installation was simple and quick, the power cable for the rear speakers is annoyingly short despite the cable connecting the two being overly long meaning that I had to buy a single extension cable to make it reach despite not having a very tall room at all so I would suggest that this length is increased by just 50cm. I was, however, impressed with the product overall and liked the warrantee available.

This doesn't support wall hanging without a third party solution that may void the warranty.
