Great but installing software not clear.
I got this device a month ago. While the packaging suggests their own brand SD cards to use, you can use alternative ones if wanted. The main issue we found was the application you had to use to view the interface for it wasn't clear. It turned out you need an app called 'Halo Playback' specifically for it to connect properly, you also need to have your phone connected to the dash cam's WIFI for it to pick up the camera on it. If you don't use 'Halo Playback' it simply won't find the camera no matter what you do. Mounting the device seemed fairly easy.

Check to see if you have a lighter socket first.
A had to be return as this was hardwired into a light style plug. As my car like many new models have USB Micro and C sockets only, I couldn’t use the dash cam.

I couldn’t get the provided mounting film to work so I’ve stuck it straight to the windscreen, otherwise it’s small, neat and I like the app. Would recommend.

Incorrect information on charger
This states it comes with a usb cable, it’s a usbc one end and the other is the car charger type NOT an adapter like some of the Q&A’s suggest therefore I could not use this in my car at all and had to return it. The description is inaccurate and apparently you can’t return something opened but I was allowed due to the poor description.

Good little dash cam
For less than £40 this is a good dash cam. Not sure why this version 2 model is £10 cheaper than the older version 1. Easy to setup and although it's not 2 or 4k the 1080 is still decent image quality. I've not hard wired it in so don't know how the parking feature works.

Easy to connect to phone right away, but u need to have data and stay inside the car while the car is ON to download videos, also taking emergency record even on a bumpy road but its okay atleast you have a peace of mind while driving onthe road. Clarity in the video and visibility. Easy to Mount. Durable as well
