Brilliant camera,very clear well worth the money,only thing id say is set up was a nightmare trying to connect to wifi but the helpline was fab and all sorted very pleased

Okay, could be better for the price.
They are decent enough. I bought two and the WiFi name is exactly the same so setting them up in the same vehicle sucks and you cannot change the WiFi name of the camera in the app. Road Angle used to have the model and a random code as the WiFi name on previous models so no idea why they've moved away from that. I bought two so I could have dedicated cameras on the front and rear, might sound mad but I prefer separate cameras as opposed to a single unit that you channel the rear all the way through the car.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Road Angel 2025 Halo Ignite 2 1080p Full HD Compact Dash Cam: ''No it will not is uses a small amount of power and if your battery falls below the safe start the dash cam will turn off. Even if the car is parked for months it will not drain the battery.''

I can advise that the Road Angel 2025 Halo Ignite 2 1080p Full HD Compact Dash Cam does not have a battery. It works from the cigarette lighter port, or The A USB power source
It also connects to your smartphone via WiFi. so you can view and download footage directly from the app.

Having just purchased this i can assure you it DOES NOT charge off a USB port. I bought this product after I read it can be used with USB plus it says it will record when not in the vehicle, only if you hard wire it and by the kit separately. Not as simple as it sounds.
