It doesn't say freezing cold more than about 10 minutes. The recommended icing time is up to 20 minutes. So it only does half the job. Shame as it is really helpful that it covers the whole circumference of my knee, just not cold enough long enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i suffer a lot with knee and joint pain and this is a great product muscle relief. Its great that you can use this hot and cold. I found this comfortable to wear even on the go. I find this helps to relieve the pain and distract my mind from focusing on the pain with the nice heating relief. i haven't personally used this cold yet. The only problem I forsee is the sizing for people with a larger knee and teting to get this on with very bad pain and limited mobility. overall a great product and fantastic idea for pain relief and helping to sooth the muscles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I unpacked the homemedics hot&cold knee relief I found that the manufacture quality felt very good. This was backed up by the fact my legs are quite large and the support was stretched pretty far. I suffer a lot from knee issues and found in use that this support helped stop the random collapses on the knee I was using it on. Because of the way it is made I found that with it either hot or cold it wrapped to my knee and gave better relief. I would definitely get a 2nd so I could have on both knees when needed.

I love that it can be used both hot and cold, to suit everyone's needs. It works very quickly, and the effect is long-lasting. Also, it can be used on the go, as it's very comfortable and stays in place, while you enjoy pain-free movement!
