[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wrist compression sleeve is so handy for when I’ve hurt my hand even slightly, it can go in the fridge giving me a nice cool cover for my wrist and has just the right amount of support, it fits snugly but is not overwhelmingly tight feeling great!

Great sleeve for those achy joints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hot and cold reusable gel sleeve is a game changer if you suffer from careless tunnel, repetitive strain injury or arthritis. The sleeve is made out of a soft material which feels comfortable to wear. And one size fits all! It comes in a zipper sleeve which is not only great for storage but also if you are using it for cold compression then pop in the sleeve and put it in the freezer for 2 hours . The gel doesn't freeze and its still flexible so can be worn easily. However if you want to use it warm then place the sleeve in microwave with out the zipper bag. I like to do cold compression in evening and hot in morning as advised by my physio and this does relieve the pain and soreness. Cleaning is easy too as you just need to wipe it and let it air dry. The sleeve is also great for travelling as its less bulky.

Perfect for your wrist helps with pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The effectiveness is really great and it ease my pain in my wrist and the aching in i had in it. The pressure was just right not to tight .adjustability is reasonable and the bulkiness was just right. It also fits both wrist aswell which is great.

She said it’s great really comfortable and easy to use. She prefers using it hot, and it gives her a lot of relief when her wrist aches. Great wrist compression sleeve
