Easy and effective to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often suffer from ankle pain so l was delighted to receive this. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and l first tried the cold method. Once l managed to get it over my food, it can be a little tight at first, l found it to be very effective. Once you use it a few times you get use to the weight of the sleeve as it can feel a little heavy at first. It is easy to clean, l use an antibacterial wipe to clean with after every use. I have had no issues with the sleeve and no leakages so its been an success!

Efficient but a lot tighter than you’d expect
I bought this for torn ligaments in my ankle. I’ve been using it in place of ice. It doesn’t stay cold for an incredibly long time, but neither would ice. I’ve had to mark it down a star for a couple reasons. One being that you can’t move with it on. Due to the gel, you can’t walk on it. The major issue is the fit. It’s supposed to be one of those “one size fits all” items, but there’s no way! I wear a woman’s size 4-5 and my husband has to struggle to get it on for me! Which isn’t great when you already have a sore ankle. I can’t imagine that anyone with bigger feet or chubby ankles could get it on at all, if me with small feet and thin ankles needs to wrestle it on. My 13yo daughter who’s tiny, size 3 and petite wanted to try it. It took a LOT to get it on her small feet an ankle

Love this product wish I'd got it earlier
Had a bad ankle for along time now and this is perfect for staying in place and icing the area most needed for 20mins and fits perfectly into the freezer when there isn't much room

Great idea poor design
I was excited to try this as I have pain in both feet. I was bitterly disappointed. I was barely able to get it over my toes.It's extremely tight and very uncomfortable. When heated it doesn't last long at all. On top of that it gets tighter. I spent more time putting it on then it remained hot. I wish I could of returned it back but cannot as its been used.

Versatile and effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. The relief this provides is unreal. I love the versatility of it being able to be not only reused but hot or cold. Instructions are super easy, freezer for 2 hours or microwave for 30 seconds. The compression and flexibility it gives it brilliant and I don’t find myself having to readjust it when using on the go. Great value for money and will be looking at others in this range.

Amazing Pain Relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this product came up I immediately selected it. Having been involved in a horrible accident over 2 years ago I suffer with localised pain. This product has been an absolute godsend. I’ve tried both hot and cold and the product delivers in both “settings”. The cold seems to be the best for my pain, I will slid it on my foot, and within seconds I start to feel the relief. I’ve experienced zero leakage from the product and it fits very snug on my foot. It’s made of incredibly soft material and not thick at all. I could wear it out and about although I’ve only used it for relief in the evenings. Amazing product ! Will be using it regularly and recommend to others !
