The capability to transition between hot and cold therapies has been a significant breakthrough; the heat alleviates my discomfort, while the cold effectively reduces swelling following long hours standing up. .I love how easy it is to use. Just pop it in the microwave or freezer, and it’s ready to go! The sleeve fits snugly around my ankle, providing targeted relief exactly where I need it.

Provides relief

It’s actually thin enough that you can still wear it with your shoes so you can have comfort and support whilst out and about.perfect for any strains you may have in your foot or ankle

Really good and comforting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I may have jinxed myself by claiming this, because I fell just after it came. I used this for My ankle as I sprained it. The cold effect was great to keep the swelling down, then also relieve some of the pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought this product was good. It's made of soft nylon and filled with gel. You can use it heated. Just pop it in the microwave for 30 secs. You can also use it cold. Leave it in the freezer for 1 or 2 hours. The gel remains soft and plyable. It doesnt freeze hard. Personally, I preferred to use this ankle support cold/frozen. It's easy enough to slip on, but i would have liked small tabs, either side of the top of the socke, to help pull it on and up over your ankle. That's why i only give 3 stars. It does provide really good support whilst wearing it, but still feel it's a bit bulky to wear as everday/outdoor wear. It definitely provides relief. I have a touch of arthritis in my feet and slipping this on, cold and resting up, feet elevated really helped calm the achyiness and reduced some inflammation and redness. I liked this product, but for me, it needed some tweaking to make it better, like pull up tabs. I would still recommend it to others though
