Lovely product but doesnt stay cold for long enoug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from chronic headaches and migraines so I hoped this would be a great product for myself. I always use cold and not heat to help. So I can only comment on using it cold! The material is really soft and comfortable which for myself as being autistic this is a really comforting thing when im struggling with headaches. It completely blocks out and makes me want to go to sleep! However my down side it just didnt stay cool for long enough, maybe 5 minutes and really this needs to be longer for me, hence only 3 stars.

Perfect for migranes

Love the hot and cold use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally wasn't too keen on the head sleep. I understand it's to help with tension relief but it was too tight on the eyes for me, felt like they were being pushed in. I love that it can be hot or cold depending on what you need it for. My daughter loved the feel and it helped when she was suffering from a headache. Overall good if you don't mind the tightness around the eyes.

Relaxing is key

I put it in the freezer just to cool for a little while and it works wonders yes it feels weighty but once you have it on you get used to it. The design is great. When wearing this it does relax you I would recommend this to anybody.

easy to use and effective

Once cooled, it helps relieve headaches and relax. I haven't had a chance to try it warm, but cold season is approaching, so I definitely will. The headband is very pleasant to the touch and easily adjusts to the shape of the head. Very easy to store.

HoMedics Gel Head Sleeve

The sleeve is super soft but also quite heavy which helps to provide much needed pressure. I love that you can also have it warm or cold dependent on your preference. I was say putting in the freezer is too cold for me, so I tried it in the fridge, which I preferred. It really helped ease my migraine and I will be taking this everywhere with me. I am super happy with this product and recommended it to all migraine suffers.

It absolutely DOES soothe migraines

Safe to say, she has used this almost every day and absolutely loved it as sadly she's been suffering with migraines quite alot lately. Its really helped her and she even wears it to bed purely to help her get a good nighys sleep. I would absolutely love to have a go, but she won't let me 🤣 i will definitely be purchasing one though

Great piece of sleep kit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by this eye mask - I don’t normally enjoy them BUT I enjoyed the weight of this mask and how cool it felt to the touch. I did notice I slept better with it on than k normally do. I did Not notice any scent in particular and so far it is proving very durable. Only complaint is it is a little bit tight and it is not adjustable at all.

Easy and a real hep

The fit is good, is comfortable to wear and offers a small amount of pressure which really helps. It’s easy to use both in the microwave and the freezer. I would say the cold is the best version and it really does help.
