Lovely item - very fit for purpose. I bought it for my elderly mum (95) who has a back issue. I also bought some microwaveable wheat packs which fit brilliantly as an alternative to the hot water bottle which she can use instead of using a kettle to fill the bottle. I bought one for myself too. Ideal, I recommend

Good quality wrap around hot water bottle
This is a fantastic winter warmer. My new best friend. The waist strap is not over long and the one sided velcro at end of one of the straps is perfectly capable of holding the weight of a full hot waterbottle. It can be used to relieve low abdo pain, or swivelled around for low back pain. Or just to keep cosy! I've bought several and enjoy mine very much.

Hot water bottle
I bought this in December, as I had a really sore back. It's so cosy with the cover on. It's just the right size to sit at the base of your spine. It would also be so beneficial for period pain and you can pop your hands inside the cover if you're cold. I'd highly recommend it, and am so glad I purchased it. The bottle inside is smaller than a normal size hot water bottle, it holds about 1 litre of water. Excellent product.

Hot Water Bottle with a Cream Cover
I looked at this in the Argos Shop and bought it thinking it was small and ideal to help relieve the pain I was experiencing but unfortunately this did not work but I think it will come in very useful for keeping me warm and save on heating costs plus the cover it comes with is a lovely creamy colour and keeps you safe from burning yourself on the hot water bottle!!!
